it was really clean and nice

They overcharged me. I paid through Booking.com and when I got there, they told me that I needed to put my card in for any incidentals or anything like that so I did and then they charged me $180 for the night. The lady was who helped me five days later was very nice about it, but it did take a while for them to repay me and they only refunded me what I paid Booking.com, which was 150 not the 180.

The comfort of the bed and the good sized walk in showers is what I enjoy over a bath tub shower combination. Since I have a leg and hip handicap, getting into tubs is a bit more risk of falling.

There isn't much I've ever not enjoyed. The pool is nice. Love the hot tub. Breakfast is always good. It would be nice to see bacon instead of sausage each morning. I have to be in the mood for patty sausage, but thats just me.

The breakfast was great! My work schedule only allowed me a limited time to eat because of how early I had to leave and breakfast started at 6 am. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Not to mention having a nice Pool and Spa area to relax in after a long day of working. Definitely would stay here again if I ever needed to.

The pillows were only of the down variety which I am not a fan of, so other pillow types would have been nice if they were available. The Pool/Spa area did not have key card access so it was accessible to anyone who walked in, therefore not being exclusively for hotel residents.

The beds were soo comfortable! Romina was working the front desk and was exceptional. She definitely deserves some recognition. I have never dealt with anyone as good as her when checking into a hotel. The room was nice, clean, and above our expectations. This will be the hotel we stay at everything we come to Twin Falls.

The hot tub was warm but not as hot as most. Could really benefit from it being several degrees warmer.

Great breakfast. Free ice water in the lobby. The room was comfortable for four of us and clean. They have a outdoor resting area and I like it. The location is good, within 10 min drive to Costco and grocery stores.

I have no criticism regarding our stay. I will stay at a Fairfield Inn every time the occasion allows!!

It was clean, big and spacious.

Pool was small, ironing board was dirty, iron leaked like a sieve, and blow dryer would start and stop on its own. Turn on/off switch didn’t matter as it cut in and out and would not shut off when switched off. Hair dryer tattered and had burnt smell, but the rest was fine.

Inviting from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. Everything appeared clean. The room was a nice size and updated.

The only downfall was the water temperature. Water was scalding hot, even when set all the way to cold. Took 15 minutes to get the water temperature to go down.

Very quiet and comfy. It was outside the busy areas and easy to get in and out.

The hot tub chemical was too strong. We only used it one night because it was very irritating to our eyes and nose.

For $230, I was hoping to have a sample of lotion. They did provided me with a wine bottle opener delivered to my door, which was nice. The price was not I agreed to when booking online. I should have inquired if staying on the top floor (I was asked for preferences) during check-in.

Extra fees and not letting me know of extra fees for answering which floor I’d like to be in.
