Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Lots of plug in’s and usb. This hotel is so close to a perfect marl

We were told that the first floor was for pets, so we opted from r the second floor only to be awakened by a dog barking at 4:50 am that was put on the second floor across the hall. The first morning the breakfast consisted of empty coffee, empty eggs and empty bacon that did not get refilled by the attendant, even inquired about it and was told they were working on it. The next morning only waffles, yogurt and kids cereal. It also cost us $20.00 to get out car washed. The hard water from the sprinklers was rediculous. Second night we chose our parking spot wisely. Breakfast area very small and crowded.

Easy and fast checkin, friendly and helpful personnel. Clean room, though a bit too small, comfy bed, big parking lot, close to highway quiet though. Nice waffles for breakfast, also fresh fruits. Very reasonable pet fee $15 compared with other hotels.

The room itself was clean, the hotel as a whole not that much - the carpet on the hallways and in the elevator could use a thorough clean. Lots of sugar and carbs breakfast, little to no protein.

It was easy to check in it was clean and homey feeling. Comfortable

There were very inconsiderate people upstairs so bad o felt they should have been asked to leave they were up into the we hours of the morning and staff just let them be obnoxious. I'm sure she noises people wher happy they were free to act and be as loud as they wanted. But that made it feel like that was more important than everyone else's comfort didn't matter.

The king suite was fabulous, bed was super comfortable and full of amenities, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect and the hotel overall was very clean and safe.

Most of the staff could use an attitude check. The woman working in the evening for check in was wonderful. She was friendly helped hold the door for my luggage and was super helpful. However, the morning crew was terrible. The woman working breakfast was rude and huffy and the front desk woman was also very short, unhelpful and seemed bothered to get off of her phone to check me out of my room. All praise goes to the lovely lady working the evening of 3/14 and no credit to the women working the morning of 3/15. Sad that they were the last people I came in contact with.

Great hotel! Check-in was super easy and the staff were very friendly. The room was also very nice and clean, and had really cool black-out curtains. The bed was comfortable and everything felt clean. Breakfast was also good, it went very quick but the staff were always refilling the food which was awesome. The 'gym' is nice, although it's just a treadmill, an elliptical, and I think there was a row machine with some free weights. Only enough room for two people I'd say, but still nobody else was using it so we got to get our steps in while it was cold and stormy outside, so it was great for us! The staff was also really nice and didn't mind us using the breakfast/lobby area to work on our laptops after checkout (11am) until 2pm! Between the friendly staff and great rooms I'd definitely stay here agian!

The only thing I can think of is that the rooms didn't have any desks to work from, and there is no real proper business centre downstairs to work out of. But these are pretty minor and our trip was still great

This hotel is near the freeway, has comfortable beds, and the breakfast had hot options.

It's older, a bit run down (stains in the carpet, etc) and was expensive compared to other newer hotels in Twin Falls that offer more amenities. It's also a pet-friendly hotel which is great for folks with pets but not so great for those with pet allergies.

The location is right off the highway and next to a Flying J travel stop. The girl at the front desk, Olivia, was extremely helpful. It was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing.

The breakfast could have offered more, and I had hoped the prices would be lower for the middle of December, but it was priced accordingly for highway travel convenience. It was a very comfortable stay.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here. Staff was incredibly kind, it was in a great location (close to twin falls and we felt very safe), our room was very clean, the breakfast was great (no “protein” options but what do you expect with the price for the stay?), it was $15 bucks a night for a pup which was better than anywhere else we were looking into staying, our room was small but modern which was nice. First hotel I’ve ever seen with a place to keep your Horses if you’re traveling with horses, thought that was pretty cool.

Bathroom fan in our room didn’t work which made it a bit muggy after showers. That was our only complaint though.

The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. They had rolling carts to bring luggage to our room with, which was very helpful since we had instruments that couldn't stay overnight in the car in addition to our suitcases. Breakfast had options that were free of gluten and egg. I still had to provide my own granola, but the fruit, yogurt, and milk I got are not included everywhere.

I would have liked a heavier blanket available in the room somewhere to use at night. The blankets on the bed were barely warm enough as it got cold outside plus I sleep better with more weight than the lightweight blankets they provided. I never asked room service if I could get one; that may have been an option. Other than that this hotel is top notch.

The room was very clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient for my travel purposes. A little touch I found very nice was the drinking fountain that included a water bottle refill. I travel long distances, so being able to fill up there as opposed to the sink in a hotel room was appreciated. Even though I wasn't traveling with my dog this time, I was pleased to see how pet-friendly they were, as I will be headed back that way with my furry companion.

The floors are not carpeted (which is very good for cleanliness) but it made the noise in the hall a bit louder. Thankfully people did respect the quiet time from 10pm to 7am so it did become quieter with time. The breakfast is very basic with the main offerings being waffles, toast, muffins and cereal.
