The breakfast wasn't included but it was one of the best breakfasts I have eaten. A breakfast quesadilla. The layout in most Holiday inns that we stayed at was very comfortable for us. There was plenty of space, there were enough outlets to charge telephones and a space for my CPAP.

The only problem was the smoke outside since we arrived during "fire season" an unfortunate event that happens in various places in the Western United States in summer months. Normally Twin Falls is very beautiful. This is of course outside of the control of the hotel.

Very nicely decorated. Better than most holiday inns. Also the room arrangement is way better than most ( the sink outside the bathroom particularly!!!) but, refrigerator was too small not the norm we are use too. Also not having the normal free breakfast ( not that we always use it but helpful to have paper plates, plastic ware and a toaster available. Not here though 🙁.

Staying here cost just $130 for one night! The rooms were roomy and long. The mattresses and pillows slept amazingly! I used the laundry facilities last night. They were nice as well. We didn’t have to use the stairs, but I took a pic to share. I’ve never seen hotel stairs that weren’t enclosed by doors and that weren’t narrow. These stairs impressed me!

The staff at check in were professional and kind. Something greatly needed after our traumatic stay at Bozeman Comfort Inn. They helped me correct a mistake I had made on my reservation, due to a 10 day extreme migraine and being sick. They were kind and made sure I had a room.

I loved everything abkut my stay.

The room was nice and spacious. It has a wonderful bed. Slept like a baby. They have a nice Denny's like restaurant/bar on the property.

The bathroom is tiny. The silly toilet paper holder is basically useless. The light for the sink is at a very unusual place. The TV has a horrible selection of channels and no guide.

All the staff were super nice. My daughter left her pj’s in the bathroom, we called about an hour after checking out and they found them and we got them back! Everyone was so nice about it. The hotel itself is so nice, the room we had was really spacious! I will definitely stay here again

Less greed, the economy is bad enough with out Holiday inn Express gouging the public in the name of maximum profits. You offer no value ! You charge $240 for a bed to sleep in, that's it ! No points, no discounts, no breakfast, nothing ! From a customers point of view, please explain where the value is!?!?

During our recent hotel stay, we were blown away by the wonderful hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming (that’s you Kathleen!) friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer my questions, offer recommendations, and gave us exceptional hospitality. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel right at home, and we can't wait to come back to this hotel for another fantastic experience. Hats off to the amazing hotel staff!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I believe the front desk clerk was Becky. She was so helpful and got us in early. She was extremely helpful our whole stay. We were in a auto accident our second day and Becky gave us a map and showed us where the car rental was and the quick care clinic. She was very concerned about us.

The amount of times I had to use the key just to get water out of the weight room when I was using the hot tub. 🤣No I wasn't really upset about this. It was humorous.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff were great. The room was fantastic. I wish I could have stayed another night.

The only thing I didn't like was that the tv wasn't new enough for me to cast my YouTube videos. Not a big deal though.
