Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Lots of plug in’s and usb. This hotel is so close to a perfect marl

We were told that the first floor was for pets, so we opted from r the second floor only to be awakened by a dog barking at 4:50 am that was put on the second floor across the hall. The first morning the breakfast consisted of empty coffee, empty eggs and empty bacon that did not get refilled by the attendant, even inquired about it and was told they were working on it. The next morning only waffles, yogurt and kids cereal. It also cost us $20.00 to get out car washed. The hard water from the sprinklers was rediculous. Second night we chose our parking spot wisely. Breakfast area very small and crowded.

The king suite was fabulous, bed was super comfortable and full of amenities, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect and the hotel overall was very clean and safe.

Most of the staff could use an attitude check. The woman working in the evening for check in was wonderful. She was friendly helped hold the door for my luggage and was super helpful. However, the morning crew was terrible. The woman working breakfast was rude and huffy and the front desk woman was also very short, unhelpful and seemed bothered to get off of her phone to check me out of my room. All praise goes to the lovely lady working the evening of 3/14 and no credit to the women working the morning of 3/15. Sad that they were the last people I came in contact with.

Great hotel! Check-in was super easy and the staff were very friendly. The room was also very nice and clean, and had really cool black-out curtains. The bed was comfortable and everything felt clean. Breakfast was also good, it went very quick but the staff were always refilling the food which was awesome. The 'gym' is nice, although it's just a treadmill, an elliptical, and I think there was a row machine with some free weights. Only enough room for two people I'd say, but still nobody else was using it so we got to get our steps in while it was cold and stormy outside, so it was great for us! The staff was also really nice and didn't mind us using the breakfast/lobby area to work on our laptops after checkout (11am) until 2pm! Between the friendly staff and great rooms I'd definitely stay here agian!

The only thing I can think of is that the rooms didn't have any desks to work from, and there is no real proper business centre downstairs to work out of. But these are pretty minor and our trip was still great

The location is right off the highway and next to a Flying J travel stop. The girl at the front desk, Olivia, was extremely helpful. It was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing.

The breakfast could have offered more, and I had hoped the prices would be lower for the middle of December, but it was priced accordingly for highway travel convenience. It was a very comfortable stay.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here. Staff was incredibly kind, it was in a great location (close to twin falls and we felt very safe), our room was very clean, the breakfast was great (no “protein” options but what do you expect with the price for the stay?), it was $15 bucks a night for a pup which was better than anywhere else we were looking into staying, our room was small but modern which was nice. First hotel I’ve ever seen with a place to keep your Horses if you’re traveling with horses, thought that was pretty cool.

Bathroom fan in our room didn’t work which made it a bit muggy after showers. That was our only complaint though.

The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. They had rolling carts to bring luggage to our room with, which was very helpful since we had instruments that couldn't stay overnight in the car in addition to our suitcases. Breakfast had options that were free of gluten and egg. I still had to provide my own granola, but the fruit, yogurt, and milk I got are not included everywhere.

I would have liked a heavier blanket available in the room somewhere to use at night. The blankets on the bed were barely warm enough as it got cold outside plus I sleep better with more weight than the lightweight blankets they provided. I never asked room service if I could get one; that may have been an option. Other than that this hotel is top notch.

The room was very clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient for my travel purposes. A little touch I found very nice was the drinking fountain that included a water bottle refill. I travel long distances, so being able to fill up there as opposed to the sink in a hotel room was appreciated. Even though I wasn't traveling with my dog this time, I was pleased to see how pet-friendly they were, as I will be headed back that way with my furry companion.

The floors are not carpeted (which is very good for cleanliness) but it made the noise in the hall a bit louder. Thankfully people did respect the quiet time from 10pm to 7am so it did become quieter with time. The breakfast is very basic with the main offerings being waffles, toast, muffins and cereal.

Excellent breakfast and plenty of ice for my cooler. Quiet room and overall site. Would have been nice if there was a grocery store nearby other than a truck stop.

Unfortunately the area had a power failure around 730. I went to bed at 9 and the power came back on at 930 so the AC resumed (mercifully!). Nothing that the facility did wrong, just not welcome because I had been traveling by motorcycle in 100+ heat most of the day.

The place was clean and the people were friendly. It was a wonderful experience over all.

My room was super muggy when I walked in. I suspect it's from lack of proper bathroom exhaust. Day and night shift could communicate better, day shift said they would arrange for me to use the gym at 4 am & night shift said opens at 6. There's a massive light for the parking lot right by the exit Nearest my room that's pointed to face directly at people exiting the building and not to illuminate the parking lot... You may want to get facilities on redirecting that. To keep things in perspective, none of these problems would rise to the level where I would actually include them in a public facing review. This is a five-star experience I had. Great job!

Friendly lady checked us in and was helpful with coin change for laundry. Clean and comfortable. Gym

No towels in gym. When I asked at reception the young lady was playing on her phone so I patiently waited to ask for a towel for the gym. She advised they had none as they were doing the washing. I asked again then was given a small hand towel. On checking out my husband had to wait while she finished on her phone again. Very bad customer service.
