The parking lot was clean and free of debris. The check in process went off without a hitch, (I reserve through the Redroof app). My room was very clean, there was a very comfortable bed and nice pillows. All the stated amenities were available, such as the microwave, in room coffee and small refrigerator. My climate control worked well, and the front desk staff was friendly. The television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. It was a pleasant stay, even if it was for work purposes. I will certainly stay here again if my work asks me to return to the area.

I liked the property’s proximity to the highway, nearby restaurants, and to the streets. I also felt that the rooms were very safe, comfortable, and worth the price per night. The staff was also very helpful and kind.

My room had a wet spot on the carpet when I checked in, and the bathroom lights made a loud noise when turned on. Other than that, everything in the room worked well.

I went by review I had read online and boy am I glad I did. This hotel from the service to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the style and the peaceful atmosphere was that of a 3 star hotel costing four times what I paid. But really folks. There was a spotless fridge and microwave. Two soft double beds with nice crisp sheets and pillowcases, nothing threadbare as I've had at other hotels costing over hundreds of dollars, nice soft towels and a clean bathroom.The breakfast was just coffee, juice, and muffins but for price they basically bought me Denny's so I was okay. I will be staying there again. I highly highly recommend this place. Save your money and stay here too because this hotel compares to if not beats many 3 star hotels in the area.

I made a reservation over the phone while driving back from college at about 10 pm, and didn't get there until 11 pm. This was not a problem and the staff was very helpful in finding me an accommodating and affordable room. I went straight to sleep when I got there. The bed was comfy and bug free (I checked thoroughly). The rest of the room was clean as well, and I would definitely stay there again if I was passing through the area. Picked up a muffin and coffee on my way out too

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating! They make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. The rooms are ALWAYS VERY clean, the bed is comfy, the heat/a/c works well, good hot water and close to everything. Rooms have cold fridge and clean microwave. When we visit town this is ALWAYS where we stay!!! Great value and competitive rates. Thank You to the wonderful Patel family who are such gracious hosts of their hotel.

I liked how clean it was, all the furniture seemed new and didn't see any signs of bugs. But the biggest highlight was the shower, amazing water pressure and good temperature range.

The bed was unusually firm and while the furniture was new the appliances (microwave and mini fridge) seemed kinda old. But I kinda expected that for the peice being so low.

The staff and the host were very really courteous and they extended a warm welcome and upgraded my room at no extra cost They also ensured cleanliness everyday. It’s a good place and I recommend it. I stayed in other hotels nearby but the service there was really poor. Big names there but zero service

Location to travel route. Access to rooms without the need to go through the entire building is always a plus for us. The gentleman who was at the front desk was very pleasant and polite.

It was an older place but was clean. We only needed to stay one night. For our needs it was fine. Updating is needed, but there are attempts being made. Checking in was easy and Aplesh was kind, professional, attentive and welcoming. We went to Bob Evans for breakfast, I didn't inquire on any options available with our stay.

We were next to the stairwell and heard a lot of foot traffic. Once we fell asleep it wasn't so bad, but I would have preferred not hearing that. Oh well not a deal breaker.
