We arrived ten minutes before the end of the complimentary dinner and drink hours. The front desk clerk suggested we visit the bar and dining room before taking our bags to our room and gave us several options of how to take full advantage of the perk before 7 PM. We took her advice and were able to get our food and drink and enjoy them in the lounge before moving our luggage to the room. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, hot and very enjoyable. After a 12 hour drive we were thrilled to not have to go in search of dinner. This perk puts Drury at the top of our list for future travel. The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. There is a plethora of retail and restaurant availability in the area, some we could safely walk to (the hotel is at a very busy interchange off the interstate). They definitely honored our request for a quiet room as ours was set back from the hall in a little alcove. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Incredible value for the price. We felt very pampered.

Nothing the hotel management can control - but the shopping area on the other side of the interstate seemed a little run-down (but we arrived after dark, so it may have looked better in daylight) and I wouldn't consider it especially safe at night. But on the side where the hotel is it seemed pretty safe to venture out.

The room was very clean, in great condition, and well designed for organization & functionality. Beds were comfy, not too firm or too soft. Loved having the fridge & microwave. I was shocked at the amenities like free hot breakfast that was actually good, free drinks & snacks in the evening, a pool, and fitness room.

The big round rainfall type shower head is relaxing but not great water pressure. All the pillows were very soft. It would be nice to have some soft & some firm so you can pick the kind you want.

the location was excellent and very easy to get to. plenty of places to shop and eat right in the area. the staff was very friendly, polite, and truly helpful. the room was clean with a good view according to our 12 year old. i really enjoyed the happy hour/ appetizers. very great idea.

if there were any dowm sides I'd say the shower could use a better shower head which produces much better pressure. breakfast could use a little more variety. and i believe the construction takes away from the full experience of the hotel.

The facility was nice; the room was clean and comfortable - had a good night's sleep! The facility's kitchen was under construction so they brought in breakfast, which was a good way to support the customers. Really appreciated that the room's thermostat actually controlled the temperature; so many times in hotels it does not.

Unfortunately, because of the ongoing construction, the parking lot was made a little challenging by the presence of construction equipment.

Evening snack time was like a full dinner spread… Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, vegetables, nachos with cheese, drinks, etc. Breakfast was also amazing, lots of choices. Staff was very kind and took time to talk to my son about his interests and why we were there. Bathroom was spacious and shower was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a nice breakfast buffet. It was not gourmet but a nice variety and kept full and fresh.

Would have liked some leniency on cancellation policy as we were there for a tournament--booked 9 rooms and hoped to have some independent discretion over allowing cancellation as other neighboring hotels have done.

People and the facility are very nice and updated. What a nice surprise, in addition to the catered breakfast, they had complimentary drinks and a meal for Happy Hour in the early evening! Convenient location

Just a caution if you are a light sleeper, as the hotel is right off a major freeway. Sirens and loud vehicle noise can be disruptive.

We liked the comfy beds, large bathroom and excellent free breakfast. The free evening snacks were also appreciated. We had a clogged toilet on the second day but were immediately moved to a different room. This is a convenient, comfortable hotel for those visiting the area.

The amenities were amazing. The Free breakfast, snack, popcorn and drinks made you feel like you were at a resort. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

This is odd but the bottom of the pool was rough & caused a few scraps on my kids knees.

Modern, clean, the food provided for breakfast and in the afternoon far exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, parking was easy, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and well appointed. Having two queen beds (as opposed to doubles) was fantastic.
