I really liked the location of this property. Even though it’s right off the highway, it was still quiet. It’s close to lots of shopping centers and restaurants, and not too far from downtown. The property was well kept and the room was immaculate. I really enjoyed the free breakfast and kickbacks they had every night with free food and complimentary drinks. I also really liked how secure the building is. I didn’t get an opportunity to use the pool but there is both an indoor and outdoor and outdoor section for the pool and a hot tub. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. If I ever find myself in Champaign again I will definitely be staying here!

I wish there were more food option for breakfast. Every morning it was the same items (they were still good just would’ve preferred a little more variety).

Inviting , clean, great location, NICE breakfast.

I didn’t like that there were no actual or thicker blankets in the room. There needs to be instructions on how to properly operate thermostat ( I had it on HEAT ) . Also, I think there should be different exits for those w/ pets. I passed 2 dogs exiting, as I was walking in to check in. There are people w/ allergic reactions to dogs 👋🏾👋🏾 ( ME ), as well as not allowing them to parade thru out the hotel w/ their pets.

Brandon was so amazing he talked us through our wait and made sure the room was being properly cleaned and had an amazing and professional attitude with everyone he was awesome also Liz was great she was short staffed and made us feel so welcome even after they had to downgrade our room she made sure my daughter enjoyed her birthday and accommodated us every time she seen our small party she was excellent definitely will be going back again the entire staff was wonderful people with exceptional customer service ❤️❤️

We arrived ten minutes before the end of the complimentary dinner and drink hours. The front desk clerk suggested we visit the bar and dining room before taking our bags to our room and gave us several options of how to take full advantage of the perk before 7 PM. We took her advice and were able to get our food and drink and enjoy them in the lounge before moving our luggage to the room. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, hot and very enjoyable. After a 12 hour drive we were thrilled to not have to go in search of dinner. This perk puts Drury at the top of our list for future travel. The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. There is a plethora of retail and restaurant availability in the area, some we could safely walk to (the hotel is at a very busy interchange off the interstate). They definitely honored our request for a quiet room as ours was set back from the hall in a little alcove. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Incredible value for the price. We felt very pampered.

Nothing the hotel management can control - but the shopping area on the other side of the interstate seemed a little run-down (but we arrived after dark, so it may have looked better in daylight) and I wouldn't consider it especially safe at night. But on the side where the hotel is it seemed pretty safe to venture out.

Beds were comfortable as usual. Kickback with food and drinks excellent! Thank you for offering this as tired travelers nice to have shortly as arrival. Breakfast was excellent! Great variety of hot and cold choices!

Dog barking room next to us. Air/ heat running makes a louder than usual sound. Moved to a room by the exit doors..everything people can in and out door would slam shut. Beds as usual were amazingly comfortable! Kickback was excellent! Breakfast very nice with great variety of food choices!

The room was very clean, in great condition, and well designed for organization & functionality. Beds were comfy, not too firm or too soft. Loved having the fridge & microwave. I was shocked at the amenities like free hot breakfast that was actually good, free drinks & snacks in the evening, a pool, and fitness room.

The big round rainfall type shower head is relaxing but not great water pressure. All the pillows were very soft. It would be nice to have some soft & some firm so you can pick the kind you want.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's become my home away from home. The staff are warm, polite, and professional. I appreciate the delicious breakfast, evening snack, and evening drinks, but the service exceeds expectations.

I think some of the previous occupants may have been smoking or brought in smelly food which left a lingering odor. The mini fridge froze my cheese & lunch meat but I'd rather that than get food poisoning due to poor refrigeration

the location was excellent and very easy to get to. plenty of places to shop and eat right in the area. the staff was very friendly, polite, and truly helpful. the room was clean with a good view according to our 12 year old. i really enjoyed the happy hour/ appetizers. very great idea.

if there were any dowm sides I'd say the shower could use a better shower head which produces much better pressure. breakfast could use a little more variety. and i believe the construction takes away from the full experience of the hotel.

The only thing that bothered me was the cold air draft coming through the window. I had to wear a sweater in order to sit at the table next to the window. The thermostat was well away from that window in the warmer part of the room. I had to turn up the temperature in order for it to be warm where the table is, next to the window. I still highly recommend the Drury Inn. I had an excellent stay.

This hotel surpassed the Marriott we stayed in the night before. The room was not only clean but well maintained. We typically choose ‘nicer’ hotels but have noticed that showers are not clean, paint is chipped, lighting is terrible. This stay was EXCELLENT! I could actually see to do my hair, the bathroom was well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too! Will definitely choose Drury again.
