I was a little skeptical reading the rave comments by some of the guests who stayed in recent past but my overall stay was nothing short of pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, toiletries are okayish, the staff of super good. The check in and check out is smooth. The building from outside doesn’t look appealing perhaps still a work in progress but once you enter, the hotel look is pleasing and comforting. They have a CircleK in close proximity so the daily needs are well covered.

The elevators definitely need a make over and they are working on it. Also the breakfast item selection could be widened a little, when staying for a longer duration the breakfast can be monotonous.

small details were over looked, mold around shower on outside wall, no door stop for bathroom door, needs lots of touch up paint in bathroom, no caps on commode not tighten too floor. old outlets sparked out in bathroom. looked like thing were be remodeled and missing the final details to be top notch. Didn't ask how are stay was when leaving.

Location was great. Breakfast was good in the morning. Loved the complimentary toiletries and the towels were super soft. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were pretty soundproof for the walls (all rooms booked and only heard noise from the hallway). Plenty of parking.

Currently renovating so there was a few things going on with the room. The deadbolt didn't work but the blocker bar kept the door from opening. Bathroom paneling was peeling but did not hamper the use of the room. Pool was clean but was not heated so morning swim was too cold for most people to use. One of the elevators was out of service so a fully booked house meant slow service.

Easily accessible! I’m handicapped and had no problems navigating the property. They’re in the process of re-habbing the property some of the painting isn’t quality.

The shower curtains were not long enough for a handicapped room so the water from the shower went everywhere which caused a slippery floor. The toilet paper holder is in the wrong place for a handicapped room. It should be near the grab bar. Loved the lower sink but needed more counter space for personal items.

We’ve came here many times for our anniversary. Always friendly staff and clean. Breakfast is normal…only 2 issues were fire alarm going off twice and the tub wouldn’t stop up so we had to purchase a rubber stopper to take a bath! Other than that it’s great.

Fire alarm going off twice, weed smell in the hallway on main floor, tub stopper didn’t work so had to purchase one so I could have a bath & really wish there was a microwave in each room.

Perfect, perfect perfect just need longer pool hours because adults have things to do during the day and when they come back in the evening, they would like to get in the pool. I didn’t get to use the pool. It closed at seven or eight that’s early for an adult In the summer

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and newly remodeled. Find desk was friendly and had everything ready for us when we walked in.

We were passing through the area so we woke up early to get back on the road. Went down to the lobby at 6 expecting breakfast but they didn’t start serving till 7am. Free breakfast was part of the reason e picked this hotel so we left feeling a little frustrated since every hotel we’ve stayed at started breakfast at 6. Indoor pool was so cold the kids didn’t want to swim. I stuck my hand in and didn’t blame them.

The two adjoining rooms can be connected to each other and it was convenient for us to stay in two rooms. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast consisted of only two hot dishes: scrambled eggs and sausage sauce. I'm getting a little tired of eating them five days in a row. The elevator is kind of old, making big noises.

Location,staff, cleanliness, size of rooms/bathrooms. It was very cold (in a good way) and comfortable throughout the whole hotel

The elevator was very slow. First time going up I felt like it was broken… it doesn’t show what floor you’re on and the door opens very slowly while making noises.

The hotel seemed to be in the middle of renovation and a bad remodel job. Definitely weird and desolate. The room definitely needs better maintenance and upkeep, poor remodel or update. Parts were broken or missing and just strange. Would be happy to provide photos.
