It was very clean, and each of the three staff members were so friendly and accommodating. My room was so cozy and perfect. It was the first time I ever stayed at a hotel by myself, and I was made to feel very welcome and safe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊😊😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The only thing that was scary was the last part before I arrived: the dark road leading up to the hotel. I'm not much on tv, but the remote was running out of batteries or something, as it wasn't real responsive. The picture could have been better, but I didn't use it for more than 30 minutes. The screen schedule was confusing to understand and almond every channel was sports 😑lol I don't like sports. I had my tablet and wifi was excellent!

The inn is clean with decent facilities for the price. Well at the same time being pet friendly and close enough to Campus without being too close to Campus. There is ample free parking and the staff is always available well at the same time not constantly checking up on you.

The only real downside which is also a bit of an upside is its proximity to the highway as sirens and loud noises from the highway can cause disturbances from time to time. But again it can also be an upside due to the ease of highway entry/exit coming to and from the property.

Is pet family hotel was in a good location right off of major freeway. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

The lock on the side door was broken, however the staff assured us the part had been ordered and there were plans to have it fixed. The breakfast was very minimal, with only cold cereal and a few bagels and toast. Sure

The room was a good value for the price. King size bed. Not a bad location. Close to lots of points of interest and necessity. I'm not a white glover but it appeared clean and stocked with standard amenities. Flatscreen tv,cable,microwave, mini fridge, sofa bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast.

Tiny little pillows for a king bed and an odd number as well.. Three tiny little pillows. That's my only gripe.

The price of room & location close to freeway.

Breakfast could’ve been expanded-yogurt, fruit, eggs. I wanted to use AARP discount but was advised I couldn’t use since I didn’t call the Inn directly—although I used your website. I’ll have to be more careful in future. Also didn’t realize I could’ve used Choice Rewards until after we left.

the place was clean,quiet and staff would say hi. I was next to the laundry room for quest did not hear it.

Breakfast items need some protein you had a frig with milk,cream cheese,butter in it so had hard boiled eggs. Your pool is down but if kids stay there they would be running the halls. Early morning hearing doors closing loudly and you trying to sleep

Loved the breakfast and all that was available.the variety was nice

I just wish had a little bigger place to eat only two tables and 4 chairs needed to take your food back to your room

The staff was wonderful and I was so happy the bed was very comfortable. Sure, the place could use come updating but it was very clean and centrally located. This was a great value and I'd return in a heartbeat.

Nothing was amis.

Our room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was outstanding. Each encounter with them was very pleasant.

The side door had a broken lock, but the staff assured us the part was ordered and they plan to fix it when the new part arrived.

They only had a "Continental Breakfast" available. If they had a better selection we might have eaten there but we opted to eat out elsewhere instead. This was OK considering similar places nearby that had more choices for breakfast cost much more for a nights stay.
