The staff makes the place. So chill and amicable. Also the outdoor pool. Last year our wheelchair accessible room was A+. This year the accessible rooms were booked, so we got a regular room close to the door. Not ideal for us, but we can make it work. The regular room wasn’t as nice and was a lot smaller. The employees are so accommodating and friendly. They even jump started my car when I left the lights on over night! The breakfast was good and had a nice area to sit and eat. The pool was clean. Really low cost; not perfect, but not dirty; convenient location. I’ll stay here again next year.

No place to hang bath or hand towels. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Pet friendly, so a barking dog across the hall part of the stay. (But that isn’t this hotel specific.)

Owners are kind and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hot stuff etc but well made and well stocked. Internet was good and I was able to work. Water pressure was very good. It looks like they are refreshing some decor, paint, etc and it was very clean. The location was good and safe near the mall in downtown Champaign near many restaurants and shopping. It is just north of I74 and you can be anywhere on UIUC campus within 10min of driving.

Breakfast was good but staff was limited so they didn't keep up with the demand as well as they could have. The building was newly renovated and it was clean and smelled nice.

Went outside to walk my dog and my key card would not open the outside door even though it gave me a green light. Website does not list the price for pets so I called and was told there was no fee but when I arrived, I was charged $25.

Far exceeded expectations. I chose it because it’s so close to campus, under 10 minutes drive. Didn’t expect it to be nice, just convenient to get back and forth. The microwave & mini fridge were pretty new, the space felt larger than average, nothing was grimy, there were no unpleasant smells. Everything worked. Location is fantastic- you’re 4 minutes from everything you need. This is where we will stay every year when we come to town.

They run out of breakfast and don’t replenish, not even yogurt. It’s no big deal.

The check-in process was fast and efficient. The clerk gave clear directions to our room. The room was very spacious and handicap accessible for my mother. She had no problems navigating the room and bathroom. The room was tidy and clean.

The clerk forgot to mention when we checked in where the breakfast room was located and what time it started at.

They are in the process of a remodel so it was nice to have new sheets, ect. It was a pretty good breakfast considering the remodel.

The bathroom area with the shower and toilet is a very small area to get dried off and change in. The area with the sink outside the shower/toilet was missing a piece of the drain.

Good location right off the interstate with restaurants in walking distance. Large clean room with good wi-fi, nice beds, quiet, great shower. Good hot breakfast. Delicious coffee.Pet friendly with a $25 surcharge, though we don’t have pets.

Nothing, we’d stay again.

We didn’t use the breakfast because we wanted to sleep in as much as we could. I like that you are convent to so many things. That your facility is handicap friendly.

The snack machine was mostly empty Didn’t see any beverage machine. Didn’t need it but noticed there wasn’t anything.

Everyone was very nice and helpful at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Good mattress and perfect pillows. The hot breakfast was quite tasty and had a nice variety. Couldn't ask for anything better! Thank you!

The carpet in the hallway was filthy and smelled was nauseous. It doesn't just need cleaning it needs to be taken up and replaced with new flooring. This really brought down the quality of my stay, especially since there was a large area right outside my room where it was apparent someone had vomited.
