Great location, exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Great breakfast, except they didn’t have any plain sausage or bacon, just sausage gravy. But other than that everything was very good and lots of variety. The staff were super friendly. Even the other guests were super friendly. Ice maker and coin op laundry on every floor. The lobby has a very welcoming vibe.

The key cards to our room didn’t always work quite right, sometimes they gave us a red light and we kept having to try again. I told the person at the desk when I was checking out and he apologized profusely and said that they are working on updating all the card readers. Also pool was closed for renovations, but that didn’t really bother us because we didn’t have time to use it. Also the parking situation is a bit tight in the front lot, maybe the back lot is better but we parked in the front since we were only there for one night.

Very nice hotel and very clean. Large rooms and amazing breakfast. Fully stocked with cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles, donuts and muffins, bagels!! Nice check in and checkout process super fast and friendly service. Beds were comfortable as well as the couch in the room. 24/7 pool, snack bar and drinks!

Only thing I would have to say is the pool area. It was very strong smelling of chlorine, and the pool area just could use a remodel. Chairs are rusted as well as some bricking on the walls falling off and paint chips. Nothing that didn’t make me was to swim because we did. But that’s just how we felt when entering the pool area.

the Breakfast was great, good variety and staff ready to refill items as they were taken. I like the 24 hour pool and hot tub, I usually get back to the hotel as is otherwise closing. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave.

The hot tub was warm but the jet pumps were not working and the only elevator clunked at each landing.

From my first call to the last moment we checked out our experience was nothing but exceptional. The staff at the front desk accommodated all our needs and we never had a problem even when the children may have been a little loud. Gabe and Matty were above and beyond my hotel services and needs. Just all around excellent customer service and hospitality.

The pool was a little too cold and extra extra clean with chlorine.

A pet-friendly property conveniently located near the highway at a very affordable price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spacious room, which included a sofa, was clean and comfortable and on the first floor as I had requested. The breakfast was great with many options. There was lots of green space to walk the dog.

Loved that the pool was separate than the hotel and open until midnight. Pool towels were available at any time and it was great having them ready for anyone to use. Room was roomy and beds are very comfortable.

Breakfast they only have 1 waffle machine and it takes a little bit to get through queue when there's a lot of people. The pool is not heated, and jacuzzi is not super hot. It was a pool for our purposes and it was good enough.

Nice breakfast. Very big room, I appreciated the necessities in the room and how it was structured.

The wi-fi was very unstable. I could not work on my room as planned, needed to go somewhere else to work. I would have also preferred a buffet selection of fruit or salad.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, nice bedding. Easy access on and off the interstate. Lots of good restaurants about an 10min drive away. The one downside is we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people walking around on 3rd floor. Next time I’d just ask for a room on the top floor.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Clean and very spacious room. Hotel right off the highway, easy to find. kid friendly and pet friendly.

the pool and spa water looked like they need to be changed out. Gross filmy build up in the spa, and pool water wasn't clear and it looked like toilet paper floating all in it.

Good sized room with sofa bed and happy to soak in a hot tub!

The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Homeless people very nearby as there is a gas station in the joined parking lot and someone was sitting in their car, but they switched their parking space multiple times while watching our family swim at the pool - weird.
