The front desk staff Zoe and her manager, a gentleman whose name I don't know are very nice. I spent almost two hours to check in due to booking's issue. Zoe and her manager accompanied me to call booking, particularly her manager lent me his iPhone to call and talked to Booking customer service on the solution.

We stayed two nights. But they didn't clean the room in the Day 2.

I really enjoyed my stay and liked almost everything. The overall stay was one of the best experience I had. checked in a little early and was able to get food, and go to sleep after a long day.

There was not a lot I didn't like, I had hop3ed I misread and that there was a hot tub, other than that there really wasn't anything that I disliked.

Staff grit and welcoming . Manager less friendly. Issue with TV not working and manager expected us to trouble shoot rather than send maintenance. Requested different room and was accommodated

I liked that we had a balcony off our room. Checkout isn't until noon which is nice when you aren't in a hurry. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

I thought for the price I paid and according to the explanation the room would be somewhat bigger but it was okay.

The location was perfect. Charging parking was not told to us up front.

Friendly staff everywhere. My room is specially designed for senior citizens with very convenient facilities on the first floor. I really appreciate the setup.
