My partner were in town for a couple days and we’re looking for a cheap hotel that subscribed to some kind of pest service regularly and this place fit the bill. The night staff was so nice and even recommended a target when we were inquiring about a grocery store nearby. It was only half a mile up the road. It was a nice walk. The location was great, the staff was excellent, even the food was pretty great. I also thought the bedding was really comfortable. Most hotels that are affordable have those scratchy covers, this one had super comfortable sheets and blankets.

The stay in April was not great. I wrote a review, and it appears they read it and rectified the problems. This time, the mildew smell was gone. I was on the 2nd floor as I requested. The toilet didn't rock. The bed was comfortable, and sheets were soft. No noise. The marble granite sink was fabulous. I gave the daytime hospitality clerk a thumbs up too. 👍

May I suggest taking up the carpet and putting laminate wood floors. Upgrade the curtains and change the torn leather desk chair, too. Also, the tub in room 216 drips constantly. Just thought you should know. May need to replace tub faucet.

Location was easy to find. Staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast looked good.

Ended up with what I believe to be mild food poisoning from the breakfast. Me and the public bathrooms became friends after eating breakfast here and leaving. During booking I called to make sure the pool was available, Your call center confirmed it did. Upon arrival the sign stated the pool was out of order. Very disappointed, my special needs daughter was extremely unhappy when she seen the pool and was told we could not use it. It was one of the main reasons for picking this establishment. Your call center clearly needs better information then what they had to tell me that day!

Location great, right off interstate 75. Welcoming/pleasing lobby area. Very helpful desk staff, able to identify RV parking for us and opened doors when using luggage cart.

Bathroom faucet sprayed up and dripped on the vanity. Toilet seat not aligned with bowl.

The pool definitely. My grandkids spent most of two days in it. The manager took great care in making sure the pool was very clean

The front office person didn't tell me where my room was and the air conditioner was about to fall out of the wall and no screens on the window and room wasn't clean

Staff was great and respectful and treated us nice.

Well unfortunately I don't like spending money and this place was cheaper than everywhere else but I still don't like having to spend money but that's not the hotels fault lol.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast

Found a long hair on my hand towel. Trim was loose around bathroom door. Miscellaneous bed frame pieces sitting in hall. Chrome cover for tissue dispenser wouldn’t stay in place. Several light bulbs burned out in light fixtures.

We enjoyed the staff. They were very kind and generous to my fiancé and I on our first family trip with our baby.

Clean, quiet, and nice breakfast. Room, was spacious.

Bathroom was tiny. Terrible outlets. The plugs they had were in lamps and very loose. No USB plug ins.
