Included breakfast was excellent with exceptional food variety. The room was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable and we very much appreciate the room darkening, light blocking shade on the window. The room was exceptionally spacious.

I shave with an electric shaver and a shaving mirror would have been very helpful. A wall mirror over the sink does not allow me to get close enough to find any missed whiskers.

I love this location and we try to stay when prices are reasonable. It’s clean, well-appointed, and the parking is easy.

Housekeeping knocking on my door multiple times in the morning. I cannot understand why there isn’t a system to tell the crew when guests checkout. It is so annoying. They should not be banging on doors on day of checkout.

Very nice breakfast, beds comfy. Overall good stay. Wouldn't want to stay there when college kids in school.

Had trouble with electric outlets. Several didn't seem to work but others did. People in hallways very noisy most of the night. Especially bad between 1 and 3 am. Need more sound proofing in walls of hall and rooms

Room and location. However, it was difficult to find at first due to the signage being so much higher than eye level. Went around the block and finally found it. Was in walking distance to the theater I attended.

Signage for the hotel was not eye level so it made it difficult to see that I had arrived at the entrance to the valet parking area. Once around the block and I managed to find it. I qould sign the entrance at eye level better.

Would have loved more fresh fruit or vegan options for breakfast. There was no soy or oat milk. Many places have the individual soy milks so none goes to waste. Thank you for making the oatmeal dairy free.

Would have liked door to bathroom entry, a sliding door so person could use sink and change in that area instead of having to go the washroom.

I got a top floor room. I had booked a King suite, but none were available. I receive a two queen bed room on the 9th of 9 floors.

Loading/Unloading the room. Especially if the car is parked on a lower floor than the room. There's no escaping or changing it. It is what it is.

It was in a great location, we were able to walk to most things we were interested in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, we had a great night's sleep (one of the main reasons I usually book with Hyatt). The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and if I'm ever in this area in the future I'll definitely stay here again.

Not really a big deal but the only thing that took a minute to get the hang of was using our key card in the elevator, holding it over the sensor at the same time as pressing a floor number isn't what we were used to at other hotels especially if our hands were full. But we made it work!

The location was perfect!! A parking garage was located onsite. It was in easy walking distance of many good, classy restaurants. Breakfast offered a wide variety, staff was present and helpful and the entire hotel was very clean. I would recommend this to everyone

The Staff is So Professional & Kind every single person I came into contact w/ from the time I stepped into the Hotel on Friday until the day I left on Sunday,including the bar staffs .The room's atomophere is so pleasant & very clean. Im so happy that my nephew Dorian who work in the maintenance dept.introduce me to Hyatt this is my second stay & will be the only Hotel I will stay when visiting my family .I also lost my wallet on Friday & on Saturday I went to check at the desk & they had found it & put it away. Thanks Again

There is no Hot Tub for my aching body.I always look forward to getting hot tub when staying hotels,also the water was not enough in the shower I had it in the hottest position but was just warm enough for a shower no steam at all
