It was close to the UIUC campus. Well maintained with complimentary parking facilities. Staff was extremely friendly. Special mention to Ms Rose who helped me add Hilton Honors points to my stay

I wish we had the option of late checkout. Our flight from Chicago was late in the evening and I requested for a 2pm check out. Even after staying for 11 days , we were asked to vacate the room by 1pm. I ended up waiting in the lobby with my luggage. I wish the management granted my time till 2pm

Excellent location for the north part of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Good location also for downtown of both Urbana and Champaign. Very clean hotel with good commodities.

Be careful about the north area from this hotel. Breakfast and business area could be improved. Gym could also be improved and swimming pool too small.

The air freshener in the AC units or vent was terrible. You should use something like fresh linen or fresh water. The one I had in my room was so sweet that I couldn’t breathe and sleep at night. I was trying to stay away from my room as much as I could. Also the breakfast could be a little bit better And each room should have a little fridge

Location and Breakfast good.

Frontdesk not that good. Different answers. Even for leaving a small carry-on bag for a couple hours, I was told it'll be charged $25. Manager was not available (off and no substitute) when I wanted to check about this. For room cleaning, I was supposed to "schedule" it beforehand (may be busy weekend due to college start).

The staff were pleasant , always helpful. The room was spacious. The hotel is a 15 min walk to the main Quad. Breakfast was a good spread. There is a washer and dryer at the hotel for guest laundry. Overall a very good experience.

There was no bus stop nearby.

The women at the front desk, day shift, super friendly, super helpful, and when I booked online, there were some issues, but they fixed it, nice about it, and let me check in early!! Thanks again!

A/C in our room had a funky smell, and no vending machines for late night snacks. Having to to the lobby in pj's, not my favorite.

Breakfast was good with standard options. The rooms are clean and the location is great.

At this price point, each room should have microwave. Also after regular hours there is absolutely no room service, even the night front-desk staff is reluctant to find things on requesting.

Staff were very nice. Room was clean and very comfortable bed Coffee was great.

Would have liked more choice of fruit for breakfast. Plastic cutlery and disposable plates and bowls are quite wasteful.

The pillows. I'm sorry they are awful. But that's minor. I highly recommend this hotel.
