The pick and drop facility to nearby places was awesome. It really helped us a lot. The behaviour of the staff was very cordial. I would like specially mention about Shireen, the lady driver who came to pick us up around 10 pm in night from nearby Burlington outlet. Appreciate her coming to pick us up late in night.

Breakfast was complimentary though but average, I would say needs improvement in terms of variety and quality as well. It was good to find fresh oranges in the breakfast though. The rule mentioning that one should come properly dressed with shoes on, must be removed. Though it is not strictly enforced but still the paper stating that should be removed.

The location was close to the interstate. The parking space was close to the room. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not bad.

There was no one at the front desk when we needed to leave. Things were not kept up as well as I would have expected for the price. The building smelled somewhat musty. There was an extra building attached that had a lot of random "junk" in it that was visible through the windows.

I had an issue with my check-in. But the gentlemen went above and beyond to get it straightened out. Even upgraded my room at no extra cost. Didn't have a chance to check things out, but everything looked very clean . The room was very spacious and very comfortable beds. I will definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely NOTHING!

We were updated to a king room, and it was like a little apartment! It had a full kitchenette, a couch, a king bed, a sliding patio door, and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and were willing to make our stay the best.

We like to watch TV while in bed and the TV was across the room in front of the couch. That's just our peticular preference, though. A little bigger TV would have made it perfect for us, but it all worked out. My husband had the complimentary breakfast and said it didn't taste very good.

The property was good not too excited about the apartments behind the hotel, too many random people walking the streets.

I didn’t like the bed, the mattress was worn down on one side and was very uncomfortable, The lid on the commode was smaller than the commode itself. The picture online showed an upright refrigerator the hotel provided a small one and we didn’t have any unless we walked to the lobby which wasn’t close to our room.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Far better than similar hotels in the Champaign Urbana areas.

Got me checked in quickly and allowed me a 1pm late checkout. The breakfast was good. They had slot machines. The room was super clean and spacious and it was quiet until the kids started running throughout the hotel early in the morning but other than that, I’d definitely stay here again.

How far the room was from the front desk. You either had to drive to the front of the hotel to get to the front desk or walk through the hotel but that took like 5mins. It was a long walk.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice.

We got several complaints about noise when there was not any music playing and the TV did work in our first room, so it wasn't even loud. My partner does have a tendency to get excited and loud at times...but not 6 times in several different rooms.

Really happy with the price for what we got wasn’t disappointed at all about the room in general would happily stay there again if you’re ever in the area again

The pictures of the pool seem different than what was online at Booking.com while we never actually went swimming I was a bit disappointed of that also never could find a channel list in the room for the TV so that was a little bit of the inconvenience

Clean, spacious

We waited in line 45 minutes to check in. One worker…computer system was down so they had to send a link for us to pay. It had to be done manually. It was a very long process.we had no soap or shampoo in the room and had to go to the main desk and ask for some.
