Excellent studio apartment with full kitchen, washer, dryer. Spacious and confortable room. Very good location - a 10 min walk to Quad.

We stayed for 4 nights, there was no housekeeping. Also experienced an indifferent and unwelcoming person at the check-in counter. We reached at 2:40 pm while the check-in time is 3 pm. He asked us to come back at 3 pm, or pay $50 for early check-in. Other than this funny rule of not accommodating guests 20 min before time, all is ok.

Perfect location. Great to have a studio apartment to myself with a full kitchen. The bed was really comfortable and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels & drawers.

The shower had poor water pressure so shampooing was a project. There weren't great instructions on where to park. It's behind the front lobby at the rear lobby entrance. The couch could use a good cleaning.

People are nice, location was good, amenities okay. Bakelab was very good.

The walls and ceiling were too thin and not sound proof at all. It was so noisy even at night and early mornings. We could hear people walking around, doing their chores and like moving furniture everyday. Could be more clean also, especially the sofa and inside the cabinets. Sofa had lots of hair/fur.

Lack in necessary kitchen equipments (No can opener. No cutting knives.....) Sofa if very dirty. Only 2 coffee packs, the kind which is not available in the market. No coffee filters No coffee machine (espressos)

Great location, very convenient for attending conferences on campus. The bed was comfy, and the room is equipped with washer and dryer.

Staff are very friendly, but they are not present at their desk all the time. You need to ask folks in the leasing office to reach the hotel staff.

This was a cool stopover in Urbana, great location, everything was fine, and the café in the lobby was a welcome treat!

There was no-one at reception when we arrived, so we were a bit confused, but all worked out!
