The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-regulated heating. The included breakfast, while basic, was sufficient to start the day. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher in the room.

Doing laundry at the hotel proved to be quite challenging. There was no coin machine for change, and the reception staff were unhelpful in this regard and dismissive. Additionally, with one washing machine out of order and only one functional machine available, the facilities were inadequate for a hotel of this size.

We got a free room upgrade from booking and the room was truly impressive. We caught flu while traveling to Chicago so we had to spend a couple of days in bed with high temperature. Fortunately it was much more pleasant to do in a beautiful and spacious room. Strongly recommend this hotel. One of the best business hotel experiences we had.

There were some minor issues but they are not even worth mentioning especially considering the amazing price that we got for our stay.

The first 6 nights there was silence and the location is absolutely central at a decent price WITH breakfast included, for me those were all pluses.

The fact that there were children booked on the 9th floor and they kept me and my partner up all night, their back and forth and hallway talks were non stop 9pm until 7am… that put a dent in the fact that the receptionist didn’t know how to select security rounds to be done REGULARLY when a group like that is checked in + they should have been placed on a dif part knowing they would be a noxious in their behaviour, keeping clients awake during night time(disrespectful from the other clients’ part); that is a negative point and I won’t stay here again bc of that…

Good location, many shops close by. Breakfast was great lots of option the orange juice was superb! Room was very clean, the property even grant my request for a nice window view. Pool and Hot tub was great too! All in all our family like and enjoyed our 3 nights stay in the hotel. We already planning to come back this summer. Thank you so Homewood suites

Only the parking lot. Very expensive though it’s understandable it’s in downtown.

Two Night Stay in Chicago. We couldn't have chosen better. Attentive staff especially Jason. Wonderful and spacious suite with dining area, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron. Impeccable cleaning. The view of the city was the best. Free snacks until 7pm. There is a Happy Hour for food and drink. Breakfast with many options. Wonderful indoor pool, the water could be a little warmer, the Jacuzzi felt good as it was raining outside. In general, everything was wonderful. Congratulations

Something to think about. In an era where we think about the environment, at Happy Hours as well as at breakfast they could stop using disposable plastic plates, cups and cutlery. The Hilton Group should rethink this point in my opinion using non-disposable plates and cutlery

The location was very close to where we needed to go for our show for work The breakfast had a variety of foods which I thought was very nice it definitely helped to wake me up and get me moving for the day.. The staff were very polite. I would say the best part was the valet though as I am not from IL and the Chicago driving and lack of parking had me a little worried we wouldn't have parking at the Hotel.

There was nothing at the hotel that I did not like. I had no bad experiences with any worker, any items in my room, or any of it.

Breakfast was good...parking valet very helpful...staff helping us get our belongings up tothe room....excellent jacuzzi and pool...love view from pool outside area...comfort of room with large space of kitchen, table, couch, bed,,,bathroom toilet seperate from bathroom sink....would hav eloved if the couch was facing the window to enjoy the view!!!!

Wished the couch was facint the window to enjoy the view, but could see the spaace in room can not allow that kind of arrangement.

Breakfast was exceptional, great overall experience with the staff and the food every morning. We have no problem recommending Hilton Homewood Suites to anyone coming to Chicago

We had no problem with anything. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, nice and eager to help us out with anything. Again, we had an excellent experience with everyone. Great job putting the best team together to take such good care of each and every single person that stays at the Hotel

Firstly Its in perfect location You can walk every where or get taxi for a cheap price because Its so close to The main things what is MUST do/see in Chicago We had a beautifull wiev from The 18th Floor and also swimingpool was open what is very rare every where as they closing normaly for a seson . Seriously everything was perfect was clean nice and cousy

The location was great close to a variety of restaurants . The breakfast was great nice hot meal with all the tag alongs. The pool was perfect feet wise for my kids. Hot tub got crowded but it was fitting and some ppl were bigger in size. I got a bed suite and it came with a kitchenette and utensils, pots and pans. The kids wanted to live there. Sleep was great. I left relaxed and happy. MUST STAY
