Good location with great restaurants within walking distance or short Uber ride. Great walkable neighborhoods nearby and Wicker Park only 2 blocks away. Good shopping with small boutiques and well known stores all within walking distance. The hotel has great amenities (free water, soda,beer in the mini fridge), robes and slippers. The room was lovely with large windows to let in light, a marble top table for working or eating and a good size bathroom.

The Clever Coyote is open to guest during the day and is a great co-working space but could use more comfortable seating if you want to just hangout with a coffee and read a book.

Nice location. It was a short trip so we didn't have much time to explore.

1- We very excited about the bars and food options in the hotel. We couldn't have been more disappointed in Clever Coyote. The food was terrible. The ambience was blah and the drinks were just okay. It looked so promising. Fortunately we left and stumbled onto one of the best places on our trip. 2- We travel very frequently and book the majority of our hotels through AA hotel portal and Booking dot come. There are never any dates available in the AA portal( closely approaching zero on an asymptote) which was why it took us so long to stay at this hotel. We waited until we reached the highest status on AA then booked through Booking.

Vibe, location

Being on the top floor, the noise from the club above is pretty full-on. Not a huge deal breaker for us as we are there for the vibe but if you want to sleep before 1am, be warned. That being said, the club above decided to drag around chairs and tables directly above us starting at around 6am the next morning. This was super disruptive and inconsiderate to any guests on the 12th floor.

Cafe Robey was great for brunch. The rooftop views and areas to have a drink were amazing. Chocolate chip cookies at 4pm were a treat. The room was well laid out and super clean. The blackout blinds - WOW! All of the architectural features of the building, such as the ornate elevator doors, were lovely.

There was only 1 bedside table and lamp for a king bed. The chairs and small table were utilitarian, but a more comfortable chair to read in would have been nice. The pool was tiny.

I have a very hard time finding anything wrong with this hotel it’s minimal chic art deco interior gives me so much satisfaction, it’s just so beautiful and simple.

The only thing I would say is maybe more duvet or blankets for the bed, it needs a bit of cosier touch with the bedding, take note of soho house bedding as for the price you should match this standard of quality.

Great bedding and super showering facilities. The loft was a bit loud next to the train tracks but not bad enough to hinder sleep. It was the best possible location for using the train in and out of the airport and in a great neighborhood.

Not much really. Just that the pool was seasonally closed. This was not clear while booking and the value for money is not the best. Everything else was great!

Very close to Damen, Blue Line train station, which can connect to other places in town easily. Bus stop is just right in front of hotel door. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are great, providing responsive services. The restaurant serves all day bruch with 20% discount for hotel guest, offering good value for delicious meals. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here.

If i can choose the room with bathtub, that would be perfect.

Love the location and the design of the room - simple, comfortable and clean. Great views back to the city. Breakfast in Cafe Robey was fab. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Oh, and the cocktails by the splash pool in the sunshine, and rooftop cocktails before heading out for an evening - these are a must!!

It was an overall great experience. Great neighborhood, close to everything. The upper room was amazing. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

It was a little bit hard to find the front entrance, but that in the way impacted our stay. Now that we know the next time we stay, there won’t be a problem.

Very clean room. Amazing location. Honestly one of the best hotels in chicago if you aren't trying to stay in the loop and want to experience more of the neighborhood feel of Wicker park. Near amazing bars and restaurants plus next to a train stop.

Valet service was not always at the desk so had to wait a while. It is pricy for the size of the room
