Ver clean and good location. I had reserved 5 rooms and we couldn’t get into our 5th room until 8:30 - too late so we moved people together and I was just going to cancel the reservation or ask for refund because we couldn’t get into the room - but they said it was a $250 charge for cancellation so I did not cancel one of the rooms 1101? Had a backed up toilet for 4-5 hours. Since we had other rooms again we were able to work it all out I am requesting a refund on the room we did not use. The manager at the property is willing to do this. He said Booking.com should Get in touch with him.

We liked the property and the location.. rooms were not ready on time and toilet problems. Found the manager knowledgeable.

The staff were very helpful and extremely kind. The rooms were immaculate! It was a very, very relaxing stay. The gentleman who tended to the pool was so very kind and even found out phone and brought it to us while we were in the lobby. He was very nice to our grandkids. The breakfast was so amazing. I will certainly be back with my family!! We love Chicago and this facility is one of the reasons. Highly recommending to friends and family!!

Pontea Lewis, the front desk manager, was very helpful with our issue with parking. All of the staff was very helpful and freindly.

The parking situation was really bad. They only have 20 parking spots in the garage for a 200 room hotel. I could not find parking spaces available near the hotel. I ended up feeding a meter outside the hotel until the front desk manager helped us find one in the garage at 10:30 at night.

Breakfast selection was strange and lacking fresh items (fruits, bread). The accessible room was very spacious and convenient but lacking a coat hook and low/reachable hooks. We had some long dresses and winter jackets we wanted to hang up and just couldn't find anywhere to put them.

Great location and views. Staff was very friendly. Only wish I could’ve been there when it was warmer so I could have relaxed on the outdoor patios.

Only issue was my fridge in the room was not cold! I was traveling while pumping breast milk for my baby at home, so I needed to keep it cool. This was quickly remedied with a call to the front desk, and they stored my coolers in the fridge in the kitchen.

First off, Roberto , the manager, was a saint addressing my change in plans. Accommodating and understanding, truly a good person. Hotel parking was full but we found parking within 5-10 minutes which was okay as the weather was awesome. In the middle of winter , I don’t I’d feel the same way . Rooms were well appointed and clean.

Parking lot was full, while hotel was 100% full , I feel as if people staying there get first right of refusal.

We liked the kitchenette in our room and the ability to make a meal if we chose to. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the location was near enough to public transit that we could walk to it and take the train wherever we needed to go.

Biggest complaint is that the breakfast in the morning was good, but often ran out quickly and we had to wait for food to be replenished. Plus often not enough utensils and we started having to bring our own from our room in order to eat our breakfast.

Breakfast was an unpleasant experience: overcrowded, food was not good in general and silverware was dirty. Furthermore, having room service every 3 days is not what we expect with the price we pay for the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with lots of resturants and shops around. Plus it was an easy 20 minute walk to the United Center.

Not much parking on site(parking garages were close and cheaper though), fridge in the suite was small and not as cold as it could be.

I think you've got a quality boutique hotel with an excellent and friendly front desk. But one thing that needs improvement if you care to align with the overall quality of the hotel is your free breakfast. It's basically a subpar freebie discount hotel breakfast of the worst sort. Can you add fresher ingredients? install a short order cook?
