Decent location, could walk to some food and shopping. Easy to get ubers.

Booked two queen beds, got an ADA king room. Check in was 3, let them know I'd be early, they couldn't accommodate - understandable. Came back at 3, room still wasn't ready. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Was told they'd bring a roll away, they never did. Lobby looks new and nice, rest of the buildibg needed structural work. Staff was friendly and personable. Room clean, but a bit run down. Insane to spend $500 for one night there.

it's a few steps from downtown, and around the corner from a subway stop (blue line). Everything is very clean and modern. The staff was really friendly and they kept my suitcase before and after the check in proper.

the room was good but more on the small side. The entrance to the hotel is a bit strange, if you're walking: you can see the hotel from a distance, but you have to walk around a fence outside of the garage, to finally enter through a small gate into the garage itself, and then to the main entrance.

The staff were great - friendly and helpful. I was waiting to speak to the front desk staff, and a team member that had obviously finished and was saying goodbye to her colleagues, stopped and wanted to help me. I told her I was fine waiting and she could go. I thought it was great service. I picked this hotel because I could walk here from Union Station and the next morning was a very quick walk to the bus station. There was an on site laundry which was very useful.

There is a restaurant on site, but I don't think it is the hotel's restaurant. I'd had a long day and there didn't seem to be a lot of other dining options nearby. I was travelling alone and I didn't want to venture too far on my own. Anyway, the restaurant was awful. Average service and worse food. I wish I'd gotten the noodles or crisps from the hotel foyer, they would've been better.

The hotel was fairly new in appearance. The room was well kept, the furniture was in good condition, the linens were of good quality as were the pillows. the bed was comfortable. We all felt comfortable in this room.

When the traffic on Ida B Wells was loud, like motorcycles and the like, you could hear it through the air conditioning vents. Also, the vent for the bathroom did not seem to be working well.

The price was a great value. The location was not where we needed it to be. We came for shopping on the magnificent mile. The subway was close so we took that to get where we needed to be. The staff was wonderful and they stored our luggage for us after checkout which was so awesome of them!

Our water handle in the shower would not turn all the way to get hot water. The people who took showers got an almost cold one. We reported it to the desk when we checked out and they were going to fix it.

The parking was horrible their parking lot is too small and they charge way too much to park there! I think your parking should be included in your price of your room! I stayed for 4 nights and already paying over $900 to stay I had to pay an additional $65 a night for parking and could never find a parking spot!

This hotel was amazing! The staff were so friendly they let us check in early and also kept our bags secured after we checked out so we could continue exploring the city until our train left. The location was ideal for our trip to Lollapalooza and was within walking distance for everything else we wanted to experience. The rooftop pool is also a must.Highly recommend!

We got to the city earlier than expected and the hotel allowed us to get our room a bit early which was really appreciated. Room looked clean and bed was comfortable. Price was also unbeatable.

Bathroom was very small and it smelled a bit like wet socks. Also the shower water pressure was a bit low for my liking.

Proximity to Amtrak station was a plus. We're walkers, so didn't mind walking several blocks to find a good breakfast place. We also walked to Whole Foods (about 15 minutes away by foot) to get treats for our train trip.

The bathroom was tiny. Because of this, the inside of the bathroom door was warped from being exposed to water from the bath/shower combo. Wish developers would consider that they lose more money by being cheap than save money.

Close to train station and easy to find everything

We came in at about 11:30 from concert and wanted to sit and visit with a drink….no bar in hotel and lady working told us she did not drink so could not give us recommendations. So instead we drank herbal tea that was provided in room
