The room was amazing. Very quiet and comfortable. I loved that you had to use your hotel keycard to do everything which was a bonus to me and my husband. Parking was near by, very close. Stores on site if needed. Every one was so nice.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel. Me and my husband were completely satisfied with our stay. No noise problems or anything so honestly we have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all.

Love the staff. They are always amazing!! Love the location and how convenient it is to everything. Love that the parking garage is right there and the rooms. The beds are so comfortable and they have the best pillows!

Parking garage not recognizing ticket. Was a pain, but my understanding is it is the process of being updated and never had problems previous stays

Hotel was clean, central to restaurants and shopping, in and out parking available on site. Friendly staff. All in a nice, safe area convenient to downtown at a very good price. All around a great find!

Soap bars would be nice. Also, encourage the parking ramp company to install automatic door openers to make more handicap accessible.

My flight was delayed to the following morning and I had to find an available hotel near where I was grabbing a late dinner. The hotel was able to accommodate me. The staff was really kind when I checked in and I felt much better after the ordeal. The hotel room had a little patio with a view of the area, a longer chair, and a comfortable bed.

The price was expensive for a one night stay but the service was great!

The people! Everyone was fantastically helpful and friendly. From the staff at reception to the bartender in the restaurant, folks went the extra mile every time.

Not to overstate things; the facilities were perfectly fine, but this is not a new hotel and some of the room fixtures (headboard, desk, etc.) showed obvious signs of wear.

The room was large, with both a desk and a small couch, plus two beds. The was a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The curtain blocked the light and the glass doors blocked the sounds of traffic. The bath was very nice and essentials (soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) plus plenty of towels were supplied. There was a microwave available by the elevator. The building has good security and the staff are both friendly and helpful.

I would like to have a full length mirror to check out my attire before I leave the room. There is a mirror but it's not full length.

Beautiful space, loved the room and the neighborhood. Furniture in the living room area was a bit worn, but the bed slept comfortably. LOVED the lighting options, especially in the bedroom! Dimmable lights on each side plus overhead options, game changers.

Tub was tiny and the living room furniture was worn.

The location was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need to be updated. Balcony door was hard to open. Parking at the hotel was $54 nightly. Hotel restaurant closed early on the weekends.

The king suite was spacious and well laid out with a door between the bedroom and sitting area. And we had a balcony! At check-in, the clerk noticed from my driver’s license that we were staying over my birthday so she comped us drinks at the hotel bar. Very nice!

Parking option was a big plus, was very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants. Easy check in/out process. Great views from room balcony was was a surprise.

The attached restaurant was closed 2 of the days we were there. Would have made it more convenient if open.
