My stay was amazing. The area was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. My room was so clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. All of the staff was kind and helpful. They all were so sweet to my 3 year old. One lady helped me with my bag of groceries that broke and a bistro worker offered to help me bring my luggage to my car. This will be the only hotel we stay at when we visit Chicago.

The only thing that I didn’t love was that you had to valet park your car and had to pay $40 a day for it. That was the only option. And I had to walk to my car every time because the valet attendant was busy so I paid for a service that I didn’t really use.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel stayed clean and smelled so good. When there was an issue with my reservation the receptionist and manager worked as a team to resolve the issue. The location was so great and their shuttle escorted us to and from the arena safely. I rate them 10 plus and more. Best hospitality I have ever experienced. Will definitely recommend to others and I will be coming back.

The price. I feel like the neighborhood with all the medical facilities around and the crazy traffic paired with the road construction going on that the price was a little high.

It was in close proximity to United Credit Union - the venue where we saw André Rieu. It was not ostentatious but clean and up to date. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was efficient and most convenient. The valet was EXCEPTIONAL - working constantly to make guests comfortable. I don’t know his name but he was there early in the morning through late at night. Outstanding service!!!

Overall: The Courtyard by Marriott Chicago at Medical District-UIC offered a convenient location and friendly staff.

However, my stay was impacted by the uncomfortable bed in my room. Sleep Quality: Unfortunately, the bed in my room was quite uncomfortable. The mattress offered little support.

The location wasn’t far from the United Center. Great places to eat locally. Oh my God. The shower head was one of those rain fall ones!! So good. The staff was really nice and friendly. Ronj and Luis were on shift for most of our stay and were very helpful.

I liked the location and surrounding area.

I enjoyed the lobby area and gym facilities. The staff was very helpful and nice. They also offered a shuttle service.

Clean and quiet. Close to the medical center. Nice nook with sun dries, snacks, and ice cream

Still can’t get a meal there, breakfast, or coffee in the morning. This lack of service has been an issue for four years.

Valet was top notch. Room was large and clean. Shower had great pressure and got nice and hot.
