Loved the layout of this room, phone plugs on each side of the bed, the larger refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. Larger dispensers of lotion and body wash were appreciated along with the little shower ledge for shaving legs! Breakfast included was a step above the usual and the staff was very friendly, courteous and welcoming to our pet.

Our air conditioning unit was not functioning properly and extremely noisey. We had to ask for a room change at night which was taken care of immediately.

i have never been to a hotel that has been so clean, from the moment you walk in and to your room it was pretty astonishing. the staff members were all very nice and welcoming. The hotel probably had one of the best and cleanest continental breakfast I’ve ever had as well. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to others.

The only downfall was the bed was not the most comfortable for my husband and I; however, my daughter never had one complaint about the pull out sofa and usually she does.

The patience your staff had with everyone that was in the front desk. Very helpful and understanding. They also answered every question I had. Love it.

I didn’t like the fact that I requested a 2 queen bed for both of my rooms and I got a king bed and sofa bed for both of my rooms and no one said anything or why. But at that point there was no point to argue. I kept the rooms and my parents her happy with theirs.

The location and it is the newest hotel in the area.

They were having computer issues so it was a long wait to get checked in on a busy graduation weekend.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was courteous and thanked us for being Honors Members. Alicia was newer to the area but helpful on a restaurant recommendation. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Check out was fast and easy.

we asked for housekeeping 2 days in a row, it wasnt done. the first time we asked for clean towels and trash removed not done, have to ask again to be done. second time we asked for housekeeping we came back at midnight still not done . mind you we stayed there for 4 nights!

It was actually my birthday weekend. When I arrived in my room the first thing I noticed was my name on the television screen. I thought that was so amazing. This location was very clean and sanitized. The staff was amazing. Wonderful people to converse with. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I really wanted to swim. A heated pool would have been perfect.

Great variety! Biscuits and gravy were excellent! Loved the waffles.

The fruit was old and should have been replaced. Kiwi was spoiled.

Everything About The Property Was Amazing! First Time Staying At Home2Suites. Always Seen Them Around But Never Stayed In One Till This Pass Weekend. We came from Wisconsin for a Dance Competition. Excellent Customer Service! Don’t Remember The 2 ladies that checked me in Friday Night (2/11/22) at around 7 I believe it was. But one the ladies was new and then the other was a manager I believe. But BOTH have amazing customer service. Thanks Home2Suites for an awesome Stay.

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The sleeping and living room areas were nicely separated and the kitchen area was adequately stocked with pots, pans dishes and utensils.
