The breakfast was fantastic. Did not use covid-19 as an excuse to be lazy. We had ice packs that needed Frozen for our cooler and their front desk put them in a trailer for us. We had no idea that you allowed pets so now we will be using you more. Plenty of plugins on the nightstand.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very comfortable in the clean environment, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area has plenty of restaurants, shopping center very close. We even stayed an extra night!

We tried to call several times to make reservations, but the phone just kept ringing. No one answered. When we got to the motel, we stood for quite a long time waiting to be helped. and the phone was ringing constantly. Finally the desk clerk walked in from outside. She had been outside on her phone. She did answer the phone while we stood there, but put the people on hold and never got back with them. When she was done checking me in, she went back out side to talk on her phone. After checking in I went to the front desk twice to ask questions and the clerk was outside again talking on the phone.

It was very clean. Staff went out their way to accommodate

Would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave inside the room. Bath tub could use some updating.

I didn’t like the price….I was told $354, and the price turned to $394….

Great location, close to many restaurants

Only issue was a slow draining bathtub/ shower

It was a great place with large rooms

Our two rooms were not next to ezch other but were able to get a short distance down the hall. One of the rooms smelled like smoke but the lady at the desk first tried to get us a different room and when that was not feasible she compted the room. Had to go through bookings to get refund for room.

The breakfast was ok, just not kept stocked with it being open from 6-10. The location was perfect for our needs.
