The rooms were clean and in good repair. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was amazing. There was one woman working the reception counter there during our 3 day stay that seemed to do everything. She was always available, prompt, and friendly.

Breakfast was very basic but clean and fresh. Waffle maker, two kinds of cereal, yogurt and toast. We stayed 3 days so it would have been nice for a little more variety such as bagels, peanut butter, or even sausage. We were looking forward to the using the hot tub but it was out of order. The pool was nice and clean but a little cold.

Room is comfy and the beds was comfy! Forgot there is a indoor so I didnt pack a bathing suit to enjoy a nice swim but all the staff are super friendly and the hotel is clean! Lots of food and shopping close by some with in walking distance! Not to far from st louis missiouri so can take a short drive to the st louis zoo and the arches!

That my stay had to just be a weekend due to work

I have stayed here many times the past several years, whenever I come to visit family. Location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable. I gave it an "8" overall; not really sure it deserves an 8, but I felt than 7 was too low.

While cleanliness standards have remained excellent, I have become more disappointed in this place my last few stays. While breakfast continues to be offered, fewer items are available than in the past. The hot tub, which was an influencing factor for this being my "go-to" place for at least the past half-dozen years had been labeled "closed for maintenance" the past year or so. In actuality, it is no longer in service and I don't see that changing. The pool, however, remains open and has been clean and well-maintained ever time I stay,

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, free breakfast and there was a indoor pool!!! Great location to lots of shopping and things to do! Short drive to st louis Missouri to go to the arches and the zoo and also all the other fun stuff to do Missouri

My stay was to short due to work

1. Excellent location 2. Pool is nice. 3. Staff is friendly. 4. The place is clean.

1. Breakfast has gone downhill from when I stayed here before. They used to have bacon or sausage. now no meat. Now there are no pastries, English muffins, or bagels - just white bread. 2. The hot tub hasn't worked the past couple of visits. I think they must have decided to no longer maintain it. Of course, this was the only hotel in the area in this price range that has ever offered a hot tub anyway. If I find an economical place with a hot tub, I'll likely switch my allegiance. 3. The past 3 visits either the candy machine or the soda machine has been out of order, but I usually don't use them anyway.

Location was great. Very close to the baseball fields. Plenty of food options close by.

The breakfast was sparse. No protein options other than yogurt. Stayed in a handicap room. Im no contractor but Im certain it wouldn’t have passed a proper inspection. The hot tub was not in working order.

Will I had called the day before I got there and told them I needed to add my grandson to my room and they said it was fine no extra charge but they didn’t change the room had to deal with that when we got there then after being told no extra charges they charged me another 112$ for for my grandson so they lied

They will lied to u when booking and u tell them u need a ground floor room they didn’t listen to u so over all u don’t get what u pay for and they just raise the the price up so they keep ure deposit

Despite being in a tornado warning and only having emergency power the staff did everything in their power to make us comfortable

Wish we didn't have to deal with the natural causes so we could've stayed longer

It was a quick decision to stay in O’Fallon that night and we picked something close by to the sports complex we were playing volleyball in. It was a great stay!

Air was nice and cold!

the breakfast was good. the rooms were clean...

i was really looking forward to the hot tub but it was down for maintenance and had a bad smell coming from it from the stand still water. we stayed there for 6 nights and asked for fresh lindens several times and never got them.
