The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with towels, toiletries, fridge, microwave and safe. The staff person at the front desk for check-in was great. The public areas weren’t as nice. The location was right off I-64. There was an amazing Korean/Japanese restaurant right across the street. I walked there.

The hallways were obviously older and needed refurbishing. The ice machine was not working and it appeared that it had been broken for some time. The lower level restrooms had NO SUPPLIES - no soap, paper towels or seat coverings. I mentioned this to staff but, nothing was done.

Didn't eat breakfast at hotel lobby. Liked the lights by the bed with spotlights. Shower was nice and strong.

Instructions for the TV with listing of stations. Instruction by window, didn't realize there was a black-out shade until the next morning, (There was a streetlight that shined in the window all night.)

Loved my stay here. Glad to have free ice machines, especially during the heat wave. Was caught off guard for the security deposit, but I kept my room immaculate even with house keeping and was able to get my deposit back. Pool was open, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it because I cut my leg at work the day after I checked in so no fun.

You're only provided 2 sets of towels but I had two other people. The staff did accommodate me the first time, afterwards I got my own towels for the kids.

Being a choice hotel, and a choice member I expected the little extra goodies that usually come with it like a cookie or a little bag with a bottle of water and there was none of that offered at all or available

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly and breakfast was acceptable.

Restrooms in the public areas were not stocked. While the rooms were nice the hallways were obviously dated and needed refurbishing.

It seemed to be very clean.

When we asked for bedding for the pullout sofa bed, the staff member said that no one has ever asked that before, and that they would have to use some blankets.
