The multiple charging stations built in were nice. The shower was very nice and was very clean. Loved the window shades. My sister was cold and tried to adjust the unit by the widow and was frustrated. I came back from my reunion, saw the really nice thermostat on the wall and easily adjusted the room temperature.

Now I am overly sensitive to odors and I have to say I really hated the smell of whatever is used to keep the carpets/air clean and it is not unique to your establishment. I just can’t tolerate it and when we went down for breakfast it was overpowering to the point everything tasted like cleaner. I accidentally took the vegan sausage which was awful. We just packed up, departed and stopped at Starbucks.

Breakfast was outstanding. Just incredibly wonderful. Driving or walking everything is so close. The fitness room and shower in the room, just wonderful. Heather on the evening shift was the nicest and most caring person. She couldn't do enough for me. I bought her a gift card my last night!

Rooms were clean, staff was great, complimentary breakfast had enough variety to please my picky kids and the food was good. Vary pleased with our stay. We will be back.

Noisy neighbors kept us up late on the 2nd night.

Very good. Staff person was exceptional, friendly, and kept clean. Food was good with good selection.

Room 115 TV connection was not up to expectation. Called to problem, after fixed new problems. Room 114 for a handicap room it would have been better if the bathroom door would have been hinged on the other side. It was difficult to go past the door to open it then go out toward the front door to be able to close the bathroom door to be able to go to the bed area.

Close to shopping and restaurants

Sports teams were there and the breakfast area was trashed in the evening and food, alcohol and trash was everywhere. I walked in couldn’t believe my eyes.

The breakfast was great, everything was clean and tidy. They lady worked nonstop to clean and stock breakfast. The room was clean and fresh. The shower was wonderful. The bed was firm for both my husband and I. My son said it was good for him.

There were a group of cheerleaders staying above us and they made a lot of noise but that was not any fault of the hotel staff.

We did not eat breakfast because my appointment was early.

I loved the location and ease of checking in. My grandbaby loved the availability of her children channels.

didn't get to the breakfast but staff, fitness center, room, HVAC system, bed, room location and new EASY TO USE Delta shower and bathroom outstanding. I came to stay for weekend with my nephew etc located at Scott AFB and this location is exceptional.... grocery stores, you name it. They will be stationed here for two years and i will ALWAYS stay here. Now I need to update my bonvoy info; i ALWAYS stay at a bonvoy when available. Please don't change this brand.
