I loved that the hotel was clean they had a pool they restocked your towel daily which was nice. Overall clean environment

I do not like that there was a crackhead downstairs in the breakfast area and by the time everyone came downstairs there was no food for anyone to eat even though we paid to have breakfast in the morning. I feel like there needs to be a limit on people coming down and making absurd amounts of food. This one lady had five waffles she took all of the eggs and many other things. And yes a complaint was made at the hotel by another hotel payer

I like that the place was quiet and peace. Maybe they space the people out with the rooms because it was very peaceful. I loved how clean my room was as well.

I didn't like , that me and my partner had to be out the room before I could get my deposit back and we were only there for two hours. We paid for a night stay! I was leaving out early so I stopped to get the deposit from front desk but they wouldn't give it to me until he was out the room and they checked the room first.

The breakfast was good. It has more food items than I thought. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was really good for the service they provide.

The carpet of the hallway and the inside of elevator needs to be clean. The location a little far from downtown St. Louis.

I did not eat breakfast, I did not wake up early enough to enjoy it. The facility appeared wonderful, I just did not wake up early enough.

There was no door handle on the inside of the bathroom door. There was no soap dish for the hand soap. There was no towel to wipe my hands after washing my hands. The shower was very slippery.

Easy to find. Bed was comfortable. Only one wash cloth between the two of us and the bathroom vent/light sounded like a drum beating. This was all good compared to the rude,nasty, cussing maintenance (I won’t call him a man) person.

A worker (maintenance) by the name of John that he said was Peter Parker but was no “Spider Man” by any means. He does not belong with this company and should be fired. You can ask more questions if you like. The lady at the desk apologized for his behavior. She tried.

We greatly appreciated being able to check in early due to the extreme heat of the day.

A room nearby was apparently booked for one night by someone who serenaded us all night long with their musical interests. Management was apparently unable to deter them after several attempts. Made for a long, non-restive night.

Location. Friendly staff. Great price. Clean. Breakfast included. Feels safe. Quiet.

I like everything about it.

I liked that the maids came in our hotel room and gave us new towels and wash cloth when we wasn't there. We was only there for 2 days. The stay was wonderful
