#1 Location. Hotel is located a little south of the main business area. But was not so far out that it was an issue. Town of Lebanon was only 4 miles down the highway (if you went down that highway). #2 Breakfast was good. Only complaint...and it is minor. I was there 7 days, so if the hot menu could have been more varied, it would have been EXCEPTIONAL. Had wide selection of cereals, danishs, waffles to go along with hot breakfast. #3 I need the meeting room one afternoon ( a couple of hours)to meet with some clients, staff opened up and allowed it's use since it was not booked.

Really don't have any complaints. I stay in a LOT of hotels in my job/travels. Facility was modern, clean. Staff was more than helpful & accommodating.

Location was perfect for us. It was a stopover for a cross country trip. This hotel was easy on/off the highway. It was close to restaurants; and the breakfast was hot, delicious and filling! The staff was the PREMIER ASSET to this hotel. From the front desk clerk who treated us like we were VIP guests, to the steward managing the breakfast bar with such obvious pride! We will definitely stay here again!!

There was a lot of road/traffic noise. This can't be remedied so I don't feel it's worth mentioning really..

This hotel is very clean, the staff is courteous and efficient, rooms are larger than in other places, location is convenient. This was my third multi-day trip to this hotel. After my first stay, it had become my new go-to place to stay when I am in the Metro East, which is several times a year.

Very nice hotel….clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice.

I accidentally left a small purse in our room that I had used when we went out to dinner. I noticed it missing at the airport. Thankfully, the hotel is very close by but when I came back to get it (which was only about an hour later), my cash of over $100 had been stolen. The front clerk told me it would be reported but I haven’t heard a word from anyone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with my booking through booking.com where the hotel thought I was arriving a day earlier than I booked, even though my confirmation from booking.com showed my correct dates. They were still able to accommodate my reservations but in a queen room vice the king room I had originally booked. It worked out well in the end. Place is nice and quiet.

This place is a low key hidden gem! It all started with Jay’s warm and professional welcome at check in. Jay maintained his professionalism and welcoming and hospitable disposition throughout check in and the duration of our stay. Our room was clean and ready for our stay, and when I say clean it even exceeded my wife’s high bar for cleanliness. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Overall, I give our stay a 10 out of 10!

Weekend breakfast starts at 7am not 6a and only ice machine is on the first floor. But honestly, I’m splitting hairs.

The hotel itself was very clean everywhere, including room and bathroom. Provided refrigerator, microwave, and Kcup coffee maker in room. Also plenty of towels in bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We would stay again.

I know that most hotels use flow restrictors now, but the water pressure here was very low even given that.... nice hot water but minimal pressure

Very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Booking.com said the pet fee was $20, but when we arrived were told it was $40. This was a real ripoff. The motel is in a new area so it is quite remote. The only food option within 4 miles was a Domino’s pizza, and we had a very frustrating experience there waiting an hour for a single pizza and salad.

We had a handicapped room. Beds very noisy when getting in/out and turning & pillows clumpy. No nightlight in bathroom. Outlets by bed but not USB ports. Curtain didn't cover window edges so light was bright in morning. Not much in the area for food, walking to anything.

we loved the offering of soup in the afternoon/evening (it was chili and cream of potato with bacon that day) . it was also great that the room had no carpet and was spotless and smelled good, and even the air vents had been cleaned ! The breakfast selection was wonderful and plenty, and the staff was very polite and helpful
