Friendly and courteous staff. Clean but issues listed below.

The only issues I has was the door wouldn't originally lock but mgr showed how to lock till he could fix it tomorrow. The lock plate had just been replaced, and the unexplained odor. Almost a cigarette smell but it wasn't in bed or towels just in air. Even febreze wouldn't get rid of it. I have major allergies and it gave me a sneezing fit. The floor was tile so it didn't come from there perhaps someone smoked it there even though it was non smoking.

I did not like climbing stairs with a bad hip. No accommodations were made for me.

it’s a nice cozy place.room

the fact that I had to be upstairs and as far as I had to walk to get to my room. very unsatisfying. I’m in a condition where going up stairs is too painful. app had no choice cause he said he had no rooms.

Stayed four days and had to ask for clean linens and trash bags
