For the price, approximately $60 for a King bed, I was very pleasantly surprised & satisfied. The room was exactly what we needed, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was more than adequate. The employees we encountered were pleasant & helpful.

The bathroom could have used an update, but it was clean enough & served the purpose.

The breakfast could use a meat selection. I guess many properties have discontinued this? There was a heavy disinfectant smell in lobby and room. I mean overpowering, but I guess with Covid I can understand. Perhaps a more neutral smelling cleaner if possible is in order?

Not very far from the casino. Very nice staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Wish there was a note before booking to let customers know if they live within 70 miles that a 250 dollar cash deposit is required.

Room was very clean and looked new and fresh. Breakfast was adequate and met our needs

Pictures of motel showed a wonderful pool; but pool was closed for repairs and the pool feature was one of the reasons we choose this motel

SO CLEAN (immaculate and smelled amazing-hallways, rooms and office). Room nice and modern, area appeared to be safe and no issues with that, easy check-in and out, EXCELLENT value!!! Refrigerator and microwave in room, beds very very clean and comfortable, nice hot shower, good water pressure, and would definitely stay there again!!!

The entire staff was fantastic from check in to check out. Room was spacious and clean for the most part. Hotel was close enough to both Shawnee National Forest and Land Between the Lakes for those who enjoy the outdoors like we do.

While the living area was clean, there was room for opportunity in the bathroom. There were hairs on the shower walls, cracked tiles, and the water pressure was not the greatest.

1:The pool was perfect & was open till 10 pm. 2:The bar within walking distance had excellent food. 3:Staff I interacted with were polite & cheerful. 4:Was able to do some Christmas Shopping in Metropolis.

Waffles & Pancakes looked great, but I'm on a Ketovore Diet. Nothing for me but Hot Tea.

-The pool was great! I had it to myself for over an hour. -The bar/restaurant next door had fabulous food -Beds were very comfortable. - So quiet and peaceful, I decided to stay another night.

Breakfast had nothing available for my ketovore diet. But everyone else was enjoying the Waffles

My debit card didn't work, my fault, but they wanted a $100 cash deposit. Fortunately I had it, not sure what would've happened if I didnt.

As soon as I walked in I was impressed. It was so clean, and it smelled wonderful. It wasn’t just the main area, everywhere I went in the hotel was very clean and smelled great. The rooms are excellent, staff go above and beyond. Also, the tv has more channels than any hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Has all the premium movie channels. Location couldn’t have been more convenient. I will absolutely, 100% be staying there again.

The only ”problem” was that the electronic key card wouldn’t read at first, so I had to swipe it 2 or 3 times to get into my room.
