Has a wonderful breakfast Beds are comfortable Room is clean

Our walk in shower was broken on the floor so after complaining they added a shower mat also the fan circulating air between the rooms in our suite was extremely noisy so they fixed that to. Had to get new cards every day and sometimes twice a day Night time staff needs a refresher on how to greet guests young girl never smiled or greeted us in any way and when we needed new cards she barely spoke. She acted like she hated her job!

The room was clean. The staff I interacted with were very friendly. The breakfast options were good. Fresh cookies offered at check in. Check in and check were fast and without issue. The location is okay, just off the interstate on the edge of the city and close to the airport. McDonalds and Montana Jacks right outside the door. Other dining options with a couple miles.

The carpet on the stairway could use a cleaning, but our room was very clean.

We have stayed here every time we have been in the quad cities which is 2 to 3 times a year. The beds are very comfy the rooms are very clean. And it is close to everything

Our toilet was broke and the front desk guy came up and looked at it and said he fixed it but after he left it wasn't fixed. We had to keep taking the tank cover off the back and manually make it fill up so it could be flushed

Breakfast was good and room was clean

Room needs some general maintenance. Curtain coming undone and shredded Bathroom counter separating from wall and cracked all the way down Lighting fixture covers between beds need replacing Door handle to room was loose

Great airport location and a comfortable bed. Good value for the price.

The breakfast was subpar. When I went down there wasn't any coffee and it took over 20 minutes for it to arrive. Also, no eggs, or biscuits for the gravy available at first. When the biscuits arrived, they were still cold in the middle. On previous stays I have been pleased with the breakfast offerings

Had an amazing breakfast with lots of options for everyone. The pool was nice and also open until midnight for adults which was an added plus . The room was also very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Only problem was that my heater didn’t work and it’s winter right now so it was a bit cold ,but I had brought extra blankets anyway so no huge problem.

Glad to be on the first floor. Cannot remember if I requested that or not. My room was on the end, so parking was very close. Nice to have a working ice machine on my floor. So many hotels lately have had trouble with non-working ice machines, not sure why they cannot get them repaired.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was not very hot, but Staff was responsive and made a fresh pot when I brought it to their attention.

We stay here a couple times a year when we do the Antique Spectacular antique show Always clean and comfortable and easy drive to our destination Breakfast is good

The floor outside the bathroom in our suite is breaking up under the carpet and is a trip hazard Had heat set at 60 degrees all weekend and was still too warm

Building and grounds were spotless. Front lobby was decorated for the Fall season and very welcoming. Breakfast service was delicious with a wide variety of offerings. Pool area was exceptionally clean and neat. Rooms were better than advertised. Very well appointed and spotless. Parking lot was very well lit and offered safe parking. Couldn't ask for anything better than what Keyur(manager) and his team has to offer for this lovely property. Most definitely will return. Exceptionally priced for the superb value and friendly staff.

There was not one thing that could be improved on.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was fresh.

Staff alerting a citizen that a person was staying there after the staff refused to tell them, staff gave in and told the citizen they would call the room since they were booked. Huge safety issue for not only the person who I booked, but the staff and other guests.
