thank you for to go bag for breakfast items but we did not get anything for the english muffin that we requested nor was there a spoon for the yogurt....maybe we should have been told to get them ourselves from the serving area?? Also the yogurt was 4 oz and did not go thru TSA checkpoint, limit 3 oz

The breakfast was great! I was impressed with the hot food being prepared on site! Location was great for my stay - It was right next at the airport, and I was able to walk there!

I did not like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash - the quality could be better. I did not like that there was no bar soap to wash my face with.

The location to the airport was excellent and the staff was very nice.

I had asked for room service in the middle of our 3 day stay. The only thing that happened was they put new towels in the room. The beds weren't made, no new cups were given, and the toilet wasn't cleaned.

My mom said that was the best hotel she had ever been in for her entire life. She is 76 years old. I finally outdid my Dad in her eyes. The trip was wonderful and she really was impressed with my lifestyle because of this hotel and staff. Thanks. I will make this my stay every time I'm in this area.

A bar would be nice but this place is excellent without it.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel including the room were super clean. Breakfast was decent nothing too special but not bad. The pool was clean and fully stocked with towels.

Facility was very clean. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Great on-site parking.

Pillows were a little soft for my liking. But there were plenty on the bed. And you can't close the curtain. There is a privacy mesh that they use. I would like to be able to close the curtain completely. Keeping out more light.

Ease of check-in and checkout. Friendly staff. The shower was fabulous!! Continental breakfast was well stocked and hot.

The bed was too hard. It was difficult to fall asleep and wake up refreshed only due to that. It couldn't be corrected, which is understandable. The facility doesn't know which mattresses are firm versus soft. This would be helpful for me to be able to request a soft mattress room.

Super great place! I was a little concerned being this close to the airport about potential noise, but I didn’t hear a thing the whole stay. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is terrific!

Everything was great! I do wish the breakfast went a littler later.

7/6/2022 Breakfast was good, biscuits sausage and gravy, cereal, juice, fruit cups, bread and muffins, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, and coffee. Breakfast Attendant was really friendly and helpful and so was the housekeeping lady for room 420.

The shower gel bottle was not working--it was full but would only give 1 pump of soap. I let the nice housekeeping lady know about the soap bottle. We used the little bar of hand soap provided. Also the inside of the bathroom door needed to be wiped down, had finger prints on it near door knob.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Not suitable for adults. I think the website advertised this room as sleeping six people... where? on the floor?
