The facility was clean, smelled good and was nicely put together. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Good price for staying 8 nights.

House keeping didnt come in and collect trash or give us clean towels unless I put the stuff in the hallway. The one time they did come in they half made the beds but didnt change the sheets. I know they didnt cause the little drop of soda that I spilled on the sheet was still there. When it says in the room they will come in every 3 days to give new towels and change bedding. Beds were a little uncomfortable as well

$10 per night pet fee was great. Didn't realize i had to book a king room to get the handicap features. Breakfast was included. Room was nice,beds comfortable, clean.

Couldn't get into shower over high tub sides, no handle. Fridge was not cold. Hallway carpet needs a good deep cleaning, could smell a musky odor from the entrance.

Convenient to our trip location

Had asked for adjoining rooms or close on the messages to property. Received message back that they didn’t have adjoining. When I got to the property was told that they do have adjoining rooms but wasn’t aware of my request and could get us close. There was one room between the 2 rooms I paid for and that room had an adjoining door to our room. This was a family vacation and would have been nice to have this feature.

It was quiet, easy access, beds were comfy! Shower was excellent! Was well lit outside and hall when was dark and coming in.

That the TV didn’t work right. Had to ask for assistance once and worked for a while. The remote would not volume ever and sometimes not do channels right. Remote would not turn on or off TV.

The hotel was close to food options. Staff was friendly and courteous. Shower had great pressure and loads of hot water. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Plenty of places to walk the dogs and really pet friendly.

Nothing at all

The bed was more comfortable than any other one I have had all summer and the channel selection was good on TV.

For it being a non smoking room, it smelled like an ashtray. Fortunately we had brought a room spray that helped some.

Breakfast was really good. Location was convenient. Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Nice amenities.

Sink in bathroom showing age. Replacement or resurfacing of sink is needed. Otherwise facility is very well maintained.

Easy to get to from the interstate with some food choices available nearby.

Just a suggestion on breakfast. It must be hard to time how much food is needed. Someone needs to make sure food is available. You have truckers eating early but normal travelers eating in the 8 o’clock timeframe, these are the ones that didn’t have enough food ready.

Excellent value for the price. The room was great, the AC was quiet. No noise from adjacent rooms. Front desk staff was friendly, courteous and anxious to help.

The room was fabulouse and the showers were always hot.

Breakfast could use more choices and there should always be hot coffee even at night.
