Very nice hotel and everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were great, the water was perfect temperature, plenty of towels. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of options. One of the best places all around I've ever stayed and we travel every other weekend through spring/summer so we spend alot of time in hotels.

The only downfall was water pressure in the shower, there's only 2 options with the shower head and neither had much pressure. Its not a deal breaker though, I'll be staying there again in October.

Everything was excellent as far as the hotel, very clean, very comfy bed, no leaks in bathroom, hot breakfast, clean pool and hot tub..

The biggest complaint I have is the "incidentals" hold that was placed on my card. We stayed on February 13th/14th and the hold isn't set to expire until March 18, an entire month plus four days later. There's no reason a hold charge should take that long to refund. My bank confirmed that it is entirely on the Hotel to release the hold.

Clean, friendly service, fresh ground coffee available 24 hours a day, the breakfast was very good, they even had a special tool to help fill your cooler with ice, most hotels tell you not to fill your cooler. I will definitely stay there again and refer people to it.

The elevator was a little scary at times with the noise it made, other than that everything was great.

Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, quiet after 10pm. Front desk person very helpful and courteous. Liked room design and motorized light blocking shade. Good bathroom mirror. Handy ‘kitchen’ bar area w/mini fridge and microwave.

I asked for accessible room as I need grab bars. Didn’t like location of room on first floor adjacent to hotel entrance and elevator, so could hear talking right outside the door, especially early in the morning. Room lighting way too bright w/daylight LED bulbs and no dimmers - should be soft white. Free hot breakfast was not good, except for toast and bananas.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean when we arrived and the staff did a great job cleaning when we requested it. We liked the location of the room, across from the pool. The breakfast was great. We had many choices. The staff also kept the outside of the hotel very clean.

We didn't like the bathroom sink. The faucet didn't extend out far enough into the sink and the counter was always wet and it leaked under the counter. There should be emergency lights in each room in case the electricity goes out. The bathroom is totally dark when using the toilet and the power goes out and I know that is a rare occurrence. At breakfast, there was a couple of mornings when they ran out of a few things.

Loved it! All of the check in staff members were so sweet! The beds were soooo comfy!

The woman who worked the food area in the morning on Friday and Saturday was extremely rude. She seemed bothered by anyone using the coffee machine and was rude telling people how to open the lid for the hot station.

Front staff guy Saturday morning was AMAZING. Nice guy, went above and beyond. We were there for a tennis tournament and one of the girls left a sweater. We gave him the wrong room number by accident, then the real one. He went up twice to check and came down smiling. Very helpful and wonderful attitude!

Nothing really went wrong.

We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels three times in the past year. They are consistently clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The staff members are friendly, courteous and accommodating. The breakfasts are better than most other places.

Nothing to complain about, really - maybe provide more coffee pods in the room so the guests don't have to come down to the lobby and maybe some bottles of water in the room.

I did not like that the Booking.com operator lied to me when he said he was with the hotel. I asked specifically. Will NOT use Booking.com if I can avoid it ( if I'm not lied to again) and will definitely not intentionally use Booking.com

They had a great variety of options for breakfast. 3 different types of eggs to choose from along with hot meats, and bisquits and gravy. My son loved the hot cinnamon rolls and the pancake maker. There was so much to choose from!
