The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was ok. I really enjoyed the room we stayed in. It was very welcoming and comfortable. If you want a staycation and need to get away, this is the perfect place to get away. It's very quiet and peaceful. The area is safe and nice. There are restaurants around to get easy access to.

The breakfast could use a little improvement, the pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and every now and then I would find ants in the room we were staying in.

Breakfast was good with a great variety. Room was clean and quiet despite its location near I-80/94. Many restaurant choices nearby and close to Purdue Northwest where I was going for a competition.

Curtain sheer was ripped from the drapery pull rod. Fan in the bathroom had a rattle (bearing was going out) and was noisy anytime a person flipped the light switches on.

Quiet room! Friendly staff! Easy to have food delivered from outside places. Bed was super comfortable.

Bathtub drain wouldn’t close, so sad I couldn’t soak before bed. Rooms are a little worn but clean. Breakfast was a little sad! Not the warmest eggs. Coffee was way to bitter! Ice machine didn’t work on my floor and the elevator stuck on 3rd floor and told us to walk up two flights of stairs and what to do to fix it instead of taking care of it themselves.

Booking.com is horrible. I thought I was booking on the Marriott site. I’m a long time Bonvoy member and now I can’t receive points. In addition, I have asked numerous times on line for my room receipt since there is no way to call. Now I can’t add to my expenses and am out the cost of the room since I still have no receipt.

Typical for a Fairfield Inn in all aspects: exterior maintenance, interior maintenance, cleanliness, room size, bed, breakfast food, etc., were all in the "very good" range. Nearby places for dinner are numerous. Overall, neither disappointing nor exceptional, but a typically good solid Fairfield property.

It’s a bit tucked away but just off major highways. Staff was very nice.

There was construction going on which closed off some parts of the hotel. However, they made accommodations for breakfast (grab & go) & I only stayed for one night so it was fine.

Convenient location, very clean, updated and nice. Extremely friendly staff and great breakfast. Nice, well maintained pool with ample towels. Great stay!

Ice machines were frequently not working

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

They put a $20 hold on my card for incidentals and it still hasn’t been reversed. Pool was closed and so was the breakfast area due to remodeling.

Faith, the woman at the front desk was phenomenal! She was friendly, accommodating and helpful with everything.
