The room was nice

The water pressure sucked. The lady who checked us in. Asked if we wanted extra pillows. We said yes and she said someone would take them up. We waited and nothing so I called and the guy who picked up the phone said we have to go down and get the stuff. Then when I got down there. He says they don't have extra pillows to give out. That they don't do that. So not sure why we got asked when we check in. Side doors don't work.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was really good and kept hot. They had a coffee bar with plenty of condiments.

The carpet did not seem clean. The tiles in the bathroom and entrance of the room were dirty. I'd say they hadn't been mopped in weeks. I cleaned some water that ended up on the floor, and my tissues were black after wiping it up.

That we got there at 11:50 and we had to pay for another day than we got charged 2 different prices on my card it was 172 and than on my other card I got charged 182 in the room. Is 119 and I understood the deposit but I just felt like that first night should have went to the next day because we didn’t get a full day even after we got put in the wrong room.

Everything was clean , night staff Keith very understandable, patience, customer service was top notch.

They was a gentleman front desk night staff 2/2/24 very rude sat down the entire time. Didn’t show any concern to the situation that had taken place. I traveled two hours away children. There was an issue with my reservation and he just said “oh well you have to cancel the room and figure it out “

The manager was wonderful and went above and beyond when I asked for another blanket and toothbrushes. We were given an accessible room which I greatly appreciated as I needed a taller toilet, etc.

There was nothing that I didn't like and highly recommend this hotel.

Included breakfast is always good, a prime reason to choose Holiday Inn Express. I appreciated being placed in a quiet room that seemed to be remote from the numerous children staying there. Cleanliness is always top notch.

The "chaise-lounge" in my room is not my idea of a comfortable chair. For reading, I resorted to using the rolling desk chair.

The location. The staff. Friendly. Great stay! The food was excellent! Loved the breakfast. Great value for the money.

The pool's only issue was not 100% cleaned. And the maintenance person for the pool, he seemed crusty. And the time the pool was supposed to be open kept changing.

The breakfast was decent and plenty of food.

The front desk person who checked us in was nasty. She refused to even look at a request that the hotel had approved prior to my arrival. Items from the pantry was charged to my credit card and we received harassing phone calls to the room phone.

Nice room, clean, good coffee. I was unable to check-in at my pre-planned hotel and went across the street to Holiday Inn. Latoya was awesome!!!! She provided top-notch customer service I’ve received She went above and beyond and was patient every step of the way,. She made sure I was able to get room accommodations that night as well as made sure she sent an email to the 3rd party I booked through so that they wouldn’t charge me. Upon check out, I was greeted by Carla who was also super pleasant! The room was great and very clean.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location was across from the shopping mall and a variety of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was great with pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, bagels, cinnamon rolls, coffee and juice

The shower gel dispenser was broke in my room 128!
