Not much. Location.

The room was not swept or dusted at all. Found receipt on desk from previous guest and floor was dirty. Too tired to change rooms as I needed sleep. Breckfast had sour milk , old stale cereals, no bread or bagle. Only chocolate muffin.

The young lady that checked us in was awesome in hospitality skills and Ricky helped overcome a booking hurdle

We had 7 rooms between my son & I and there was some key confusion in room assignments, but nothing big and quickly overcome. was very good.

The drapes didn't block out light - would be nicer if they completely closed. Very friendly & efficient desk clerk who helped with getting the TV to work with the remote. Immediately responded!

Toilet hadn't been scrubbed recently; Outer doors left unlocked to public. A very nice property, easy access, great breakfast! But staff appeared to be owners & not real ambitious. Litter outdoors, coffee ran out in AM, staff absent alot.

It was very quiet and easy to sleep.

There was a dirty rag in my bathroom (which honestly for me was not that big of a problem, we all forget something sometimes, and it was hidden in a corner.)

Breakfast, was terrible. Waffle mix was runny, juice was all brown , cinnamon buns were hard, no milk for the cereal. But the coffee was good!

The rooms were excellent and well furnished. The hotel is located very close to the Culver Academies, which was really important to us. The price was exceptional considering there was a pool and a hot tub available. Beds were comfortable and the room looked clean.

The breakfasts weren't good. The eggs were cold, the sausage tasted awful. The cereal tasted stale. The only things that were edible were the self-service waffles from the waffle maker, fruit and yogurt. Room service did not come the first day and we needed to request new towels. My only complaint about the room was the bathtub didn't have any rails or safety measures for my 80 year old mother.

Breakfast was hot and good all 3 mornings. Enjoyed the hot tub as well.

The manager was so helpful. He works very hard to make sure people staying there are taken care of. Any questions we had he took care of right away.

the staff was very kind and courteous in dealing with our having to book extra nights on last minute notices
