Most everything

That at 8:50am the pancake/waffle maker was all of a sudden not working when I was told it was just working a short time before than. I found it ironic that breakfast was over at 9:30am and just over 30 minutes from close of breakfast that the machine was down. I had to take my grandkids out to eat pancakes.

I liked the quality( especially quietness) of the heating system. The food was well prepared and the preparer was friendly and accomodating.

It looked shabby around the entrance with many leaves left on driveway and age of building, outside,was apparent.

SLOOOOOW elevator, and I wish hotels still used top sheets. I get too hot with the duvet, but I still need a sheet to cover me.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices.

The pool heater was broke & we were not prepared for how cold it was without a working heater.

The room was big enough for all 8 of us to stay in very comfortably.

The pool was clean and nice but very cold.

Perfect for traveling through during the holidays. Quiet and clean, just off the highway.

Pool for my 4 grandsons and the room and bed the 2nd night we stayed. It was very comfortable!

Wrong room and only 1bed and I had myself and 4 grandsons. The second night was great ,they gave us a family suite but the heat didn't work right and it was chilly in the room with 1bed. Pull out couch had candy left in it so it was not cleaned very well. I'm not complaining because they were trying to hurry to get it ready for us so we could move out of the small suite. Everything else was very clean. First night was horrible but the second was awesome.

Everything was fine. The breakfast had many choices and was very good.

The shower was a little slippery. It could be a problem for some people. There was a grab bar but only partially reduced the risk.

Clean, heated pool, good breakfast and the staffs are approachable.
