Price was reasonable. Clean.

A little run down. Hot Water for tea wasn’t hot. No tea bags in room or at breakfast. Syrup not out for breakfast. Timer on waffle maker didn’t work.

The grumpyness of the Caucasian lady working at check in. She just seemed bothered to be working and dealing with guests.

Staff was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out. Loved that it had an indoor pool. We enjoyed the location. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. (Too bad a woman kept taking everything to her room) The location of the hotel is great alot of fast food places around. Walmart is only 15 mins away.

I didn't like the leak in the the bathtub. We also only had hot water. The toilet was also broken to where the water kept filling up the tank over and over. It was a big inconvenience that the charging area was broken wouldn't charge. BEDS are definitely not comfortable nor is the sofa bed.

The whirlpool tub in the room was great. I would come back to the same room!! Plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, cereal, muffins and juice. Ice machine worked great and was close to the room we stayed in. The bed was comfortable.

The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing the whole time we were there. Could use another bench outside for the smokers. The hot tub was under maintenance.

I liked the location. I liked that Maintenance responded almost immediately when told that the shower water was not getting very hot. Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Jimmy John’s and Little Caesars in the courtyard of the property and within walking distance. Good buffet, Juicy Crab. Many other food places nearby and Walgreens. Manager was nice enough to waive early check in fee after a very long trip.

I didn’t like that the decor was a bit dated and you had to collect a plunger from the front desk, to unclog your own toilet. The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Even after putting our room down for daily cleaning, they never showed up.

The staff was always nice and welcoming. The included breakfast 😋 was excellent! Kudos to the chef! My boys spent the majority of the time in the pool I believe...they loved it!

No outlets by the pull out couch and chair. Also need a small end table between the two in the corner for a lamp and charging area.

It’s offerings are the same as my favorite holiday inn express but for a savings and rooms are suites with couches and chair

Vs holiday inn express; the lights are yellower rather than white as is the color of the walls and there is what seems to be damage as seen by the scrapes on the doors etc

We were in town for a sporting event at Notre Dame. The hotel location requires a short, 10min drive to that area (or an hour plus walk). It is located along a busy strip full of hotels, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops and a Walgreens nearby.
