My room was very clean, spacious, and newer appearing. It had everything we needed. I liked the entrance was I'm an alcove with three other rooms so when it rained, the rain wasn't beating down on us when we fumbled through the door with all of our luggage. The staff was pleasant, polite, and respectful. We never had trouble with noise from other guests and the best part? The price and location CANNOT be beat.

While the room was newer, the bathroom could do with updating and the first night we asked for some washcloths but was told they didn't have any. I'm not sure if that meant they didn't have them at the time (asked about 9:30pm) or if there were none at all. Neither one of these were a deal breaker though. The bathroom was functional and clean and it was easy enough to purchase our own washcloths from Walmart just a mile down the road or family dollar that was even closer yet.

Everything was exactly as described. I will definitely stay here again during events. It has everything I needed and I'm not sure why some of the reviews are poor, You're absolutely not staying at the Ritz but a clean room for the night was fine with me.

The only thing I can say about my experience is the pillows were not the most comfortable. Everything else was great.

The place was clean., Staff were helpful, addressed my concerns over parking my semi there. It's older, with older motels it can be hit or miss but this was a hit. Price was good and location to downtown.

The room is much bigger than I expected. Furniture is with style including full size table. Big TV although I didn’t use it. Good internet speed.

Booking.com meshed up my reservations. I booked Executive Inn, but when we went to check in my reservations were for Holiday Inn Express. Supposedly my "original" reservations were canceled.The Executive Inn staff had the rooms, gave me my booking.com rate and took care of the wrong hotel reservations.

It's not a big deal, but my room didn't have any wash cloths or a room phone.
