Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. Room was definitely worth the price, large and has a full refrigerator, a sink, dishes and a stove top.

Our room was on the 4th floor, elevator had a button for the 4th floor but would not go up to the 4th floor. Had to get off on the 3rd floor, walk to the end of the hall for the stairs and walk up the stairs to the 4th floor. There was an extremely bad smell on the 3rd floor, but was not present on the 4th. Staff were not exceptionally friendly or helpful.

This hotel is awesome! And it is right off the exit. What is so awesome about this hotel? This hotel has a friendly, helpful staff with a very clean lobby and sitting area, comfortable and clean spacious rooms with a kitchenette, and very close to downtown. The breakfast was reasonable, and there is a McDonalds and Starbucks right across the street if you wanted more. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bowling Green KY or just passing through.

Everything was perfect to me, so I do not have anything to say about not liking this hotel.

The breakfast especially the eggs was A+ The room was spacious.

I was not happy that you had to call to have housekeeping , it is usually a daily thing for them to automatically clean the room. And i was not happy that no one told me that until i came in the next day and room was not cleaned. Also, the phone in our room did not work and some bulbs were blown but those are minor gripes as everything was really nice.

The room was nice and large and the beds comfortable. My boys enjoyed the pool. The bonus pull out sofa was nice for the kids to spread out.

The breakfast very extremely mid grade. The beverage dispenser was broke so they had homemade Sunny D in a pitcher. The waffle makers are so old everything sticks to them even when sprayed with Pam.

Check in was great. We had a spacious room on the 4th floor. There was plenty of room for our luggage. Full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Full sofa. Lots of convenient places to plug in electronics. It was the kind of place you could stay for a while and be comfortable. Nice, spacious bathroom. Waffles at breakfast were great - though the flimsy plastic knives and forks were annoying. No peanut butter or jams for toast.

The place lobby and rooms were clean. The area leading up to the location was sketchy but you could tell they were trying to keep their area well maintained. It was a comfortable and very clean room. I felt safe and it was a nice place for an overnight trip.

The floors of the hallways to the rooms were extremely stained and dirty. It didn’t leave a good first impression.

Mainstay was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a stopover after a long drive.

Breakfast was not acceptable. No fruit or other healthy options. Biscuits & Gravy, waffles & a couple of cereals. Also, water pressure was poor.

Breakfast was okay, on par with most hotel breakfasts. Quiet, easy to reach and ample parking.

Only thing I can think of is that the bars of soap for two people are really small. Maybe bring your own or ask for more at check in.

The breakfast was great and always had enough for everyone! The room was huge and and very comfortable! The front desk clerk, she was on a scooter because of a broken foot, was fantastic! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us towels everyday, tell us great places to eat and to visit while we were there! She truly is a great team member for your hotel!!!!!

NOTHING! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We were right across the street from the Corvette Museum, which was our number 1 stop, so nothing wrong, everything was great! We stayed four nights in Gatlinburg and did not have the same experience as here!

It was less than all similar hotels, and the location was way off the interstate which I like I feel safer that way room was good size and easy to move around in and for The money I wanted to spend it was excellent
