THE SMELL OF CLEANLINESS AS YOU ENTERED INTO LOBBY OR ROOM WAS AMAZING.... THEY SAVED ME BY HAVING A COMPUTER AND PRINTER IN LOBBY FOR ME TO PRINT A TICKET I NEEDED TO GET INTO CORVETTE ASSEMBLY PLANT.. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD... THEY HAD BACON AND SAUSAGE AND WAFFLES AND YOGURT AND MORE TO CHOOSE FROM

I CHECKED OUT A DAY EARLY BUT BECAUSE I PAID ONLINE THROUGH BOOKING.COM THEY WOULDNT DISCOUNT MY AMOUNT. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK AND UPON CHECKING WITH BOOKING.COM IT SAYS ITS UP TO THE HOTEL TO REFUND OR DISCOUNT. I CHECKED OUT AT 1040 ON MONDAY

Room was clean

I reserved a handicapped accessible room for my handicapped mother and was given a standard room. I asked to be put in a handicapped room per my reservation and was told one wasn't available. Also, I were staying 2 nights and our room key was deactivated on day 2. We did not know these until we returned from a day out. The man working at the desk was rude when I brought the key back to be reactivated. It's not our fault the key was deactivated. I was concerned our room had been given to someone else or had been cleaned. When I asked if it had been clean, he said, "I don't know, I'm not housekeeping." This is rude and unacceptable.

The room was clean though a little worn. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was the bare minimum. It was very obvious that the goal was to be able to say they provided a continental breakfast but offer as little as humanly possible. There was very little choice overall. There were no pastries and only white and wheat bread. Hot breakfast consisted of very small processed scrambled egg squares and sausage links. Juice was watered down. This was the worst breakfast of seven hotels during our trip.

We asked for a disability access room and were given one with a walk-in shower, but it would have been nice to have a grab bar in there. The bed was very comfortable, and nice very bright lights. There was a nice long desk area, but no suitcase rack. There were plenty of charging plugs. Breakfast was good.

As I mentioned, it would be nice to have a grab bar in the shower.

The location to where I was working was #1. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fitness center was too small for me. Laundry room washers were out of order. I also had to go bother the front desk clerk to gain access to the laundry room. Paying guests should be able to scan their room keys to get into the laundry room

I left my hanging cosmetic bag (loaded full with toiletries and make -up) on the back of the door in the bathroom when we checked out on Saturday, April 20. I called that Saturday and stopped by on Sunday, April 21 on our way home. No where to be found. I am disappointed I wasn't contacted that it was left behind or that it was not placed into lost and found for a few days before tossed. I pass through Bowling Green at least 1-2 time per month. Not sure I will stay again.

It was great! Room very adequate, clean. Needed a hair dryer which had been taken by previous guest apparently -- brought to us within 5 minutes of our request! Indoor pool & exercise room a definite bonus!

The breakfast was not up to par -- considering the rest of the stay. Except for the waffles & yogurt, the rest was not good.

Room clean bed comfortable

Double charge for 1 night for "incidentals"still 3 days later hasn't been refund back. Barely there 12hrs , my father funeral was in bowling greene, KY. I was too tired to drive back home to Alabama. I chose them cause of the good rating and ok cost rate. I don't have the funds to hold additional cost of another night. Maybe cause of the holidays (labor day) I see it clear out tomorrow, Wednesday. Crossing fingers.

Breakfast was good. Waffles, Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal and fried chicken that looked like a hash brown. Plenty of choices.

The only minor thing was that there was only the one roll of toilet paper on the hanger. We ran out and had to ask for more at the front desk. Other than that we liked everything else.

Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

The breakfast selection and quality was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The only hot item was waffles. Other items were cereal, plain bread for toast, yogurt and apples. No flavored coffee creamer.
