My grandchildren were pleased with breakfast. My oldest grandson left a bag containing his retainer and other things.; and staff located it and had it waiting at reception desk when his father returned for it. Receptionist were friendly and polite. Room service was quick to provide Extra bedding when my grandchildren asked to stay the night. Bathroom was a great size and was a wonderful floor plan. Electrical outlets and ports were easily accessible. Elevator traffic was low and hardly any wait time.

2 comments from a scooter using mobility challenged senior. 1) the layout of room did not allow easy maneuvering in the room with a scooter. 2 ) the bed was very comfortable BUT it sits so high off the floor! I had to use my scooter to lift my self onto bed and put my feet on scooter seat to get my legs onto bed. I don’t know how a wheelchair bound person traveling alone could maneuver onto the bed. I will add that the rolll in shower was not and had a step over AND, I was very intimidated by the full length glass doors. I am sure they are shatter resistant but I was afraid to use it. We did not have enough time to enjoy the pool.

The admin staff and manager were exceptional. Their helpfulness, kindness, empathy, and problem-solving skills were outstanding. Both of my stays here have been incredibly impressive. The manager went above and beyond when they personally assisted me with a room issue, remaining calm and professional throughout. The front desk staff was also fantastic, accommodating all my requests. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, thanks to the attentive chef who consistently provided hot, high-quality food. I plan to stay here for the next four years without hesitation.

There is only beer in the market would like seltzer or bubbles.

I am a very hard to please person and I alway strive for the best. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. The shower was very nice and stocked with done soap. Fresh ground and brewed coffee 24/7 along with a nice hot breakfast. The staff was top notch. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Our entire experience was very positive. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The best and most surprising part of our stay was the AMAZING breakfast. I have never had a hotel breakfast that was so good and offered such a wide variety of foods. The fitness room was very nice and everything worked. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was super nice and so CLEAN!! And the staff was so nice and helpful! The most wonderful people I've ever met. This was the most perfect hotel ive ever stayed at! Everything was great!

No complaints what so ever! Best stay at a hotel I've ever had

Cleanliness is my big thing in a hotel and our room was exceptionally clean, as the whole hotel seemed to be. Staff was extremely friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was convenient and good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in the area.

Location of hotel was close to eating places, shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh made pancakes, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, something Chinese with Chopsticks. Room was big and inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Everything in bathroom including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion by Dove. Blow dryer. Iron and ironing board. Front desk even loaned us a fan, we forgot ours at home. Bottles of water provided all day. Fresh cookies provided in afternoon. Love staying here.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

We kept getting locked out of our room because our cards kept disconnecting and at one point our room got double booked and strangers came walking in our room with their own key cards.

It was very clean. Friendly staff. Bottled hand sanitizer and to go wipes by elevators which was great. Free water! Cookies in the evening! Great shower.

More seating in order to eat although there were 2 colleges staying there for a track meet. Wish the room doors wouldn't slam shut. They were very loud and I could hear them after I went to bed. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Coffee and bed

The blinds were torn and did not seem to work properly. There was only “greek style” yogart for breakfast. I am unable to eat that type. Bananas were on their way out.
