I’ve stayed at this property before so that’s why I chose to go back but when I checked in, they had me on the second floor a long ways down the hall and I had my elderly mother with me that was on a cane and the staff at the front desk without any problems or questions ask change me to the first floor for the convenience of my mom.

It was just a lot of people hanging out around the property once it got dark

i loved the staff! they were kind and patient with us. the pricing was great, and i feel like the quality of the hotel was great.

our bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the hotel had an odd smell at times... but other than that nothing that the hotel had control over, simple things like location wad a little away from what i was used to so at first i was a little frightened and some of the other guests were a little loud and saying interesting things...

I enjoyed the price which was affordable for me & the room was very nice, clean, and the perfect size for us. It was quiet & the staff was great.

The room door handle was broken and on the floor & the room seems to be a little outdated, but for the price I have not one complaint.

Every aspect of our visit was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ready on time and met our needs.

We found nothing to improve upon. The staff at checkin were very friendly and efficient, Obi was awesome getting us checked in and giving us directions to various places for eating.

We were staying on the 3rd floor and the plumbing was froze so we had to be moved to 1st floor. That room had to replace frig and had only a few outlets for breathing machine. I gave this rating because of the gentleman at the desk who jumped on getting us situated and took care of everything quickly! Would definitely a try again

In past stays at Microtel there were fruits on display for guests. Didn’t see fruit during this visit. I asked if there were razors available because I left razors at home? The staff answered me by saying the customers usually bring their own razors.

The rooms were clean and comfortable!

We didn’t care for the price for a one night stay, the location, or the lack of breakfast options. They literally only offered cereal, white bread, and waffles and the milk was in large gallons for everyone to use which I felt was disgusting.
