Friendly Staff. Easy to take bus to downton.

Location. A little bit far from downtown.

Our family experienced a secure and pleasant stay at this hotel, which also offered excellent value. We recommend Room 208 for its exceptional features. The staff provided outstanding service and demonstrated exceptional courtesy. We stayed for three nights due to my wife's surgery at the university hospital. We highly recommend this hotel and anticipate a future return.

The accommodations provided a comfortable experience. Furthermore, the entire room was well-appointed. The hotel offers gated parking and convenient access to the French Quarter, with proximity to the interstate.

Well, compared to what I had paid for the first place I had stayed in New Orleans and the 'so-called' quality there, this was much, much better and very nice! Well recommended - especially if you are driving and need free parking: plenty of space. Secure parking round the back as well - great! Grocery store walking distance (for water, drinks, etc.). Easy access to road and highway to go wherever one needed to go. Gas stations nearby - good prices as well. The bed was very comfortable: there were two singles in the room. Spacious room - A/C cooling system was very good. A nice desk area to use with one's laptop. Great shower and reasonable bathroom space. Overall, well worth it. Fridge and microwave as well. Iron, along with iron table was provided. Oh yes ... finally a place offering something for breakfast, more than coffee! Although I didn't have time to try the waffles, that was an option. Toaster to make toasts was handy!

While the location was very good, practical and had plenty of parking, upon arrival there was strong smell from the surrounding area - sewage type. Possibly because of some industrial places nearby but I did not notice anything. There wa something in the air ... outside though, only - did not impact / affect the stay inside. I had to use the microwave to heat up water to make coffee. No kettle in the room - would have helped greatly!

Staff were always friendly and welcoming. They were keen and enthusiastic to help us out. Comfortable stay! Thank you so much!

Narrow parking spots. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities was amazingly clean. We will stay here again when we go on our next cruise.

The greeting from the staff was very welcoming helped us with a Uber Mr Frank was the gentleman name we safely went to the super dome and back thanks to them I would stay here again !!

People being loud Pounding on room doors in the middle of the night but then again it’s New Orleans

The room was clean and the staff was helpful about anything I needed help with.

Breakfast could have been more diverse and healthy. It could have included some cheap fruit or some eggs to start the day. Hotel is remote to most tourist attractions just for the readers' information, and I was told the other parts of the neighborhood was dangerous. But it is a convenient and cheaper alternative to downtown hotels if you don't mind using Uber or cabs directly to and from the hotel to your fun destinations. Since this is not anything the hotel can control I am only downgrading the hotel because of the breakfast and the fact that there was only 1 vending machine which caused me to sleep without any water.

Location, price, gated parking, comfortable & clean beds

Stains on a chair, curtain, and bed spread in the room. The room was very clean but the stained items detracted from that

It was clean and a beautiful location. In coming g guests after 11 pm were noisy but not staffs fault.

I left my tablet there. When I called they said they had it but refuse to send it to me even if I paid shipping. I would either have to return or figure out a way to have it picked up and shipped to me. They have all my information including debt card so how hard would it be?
