I love the fact that the Manager was a very loving and caring person. He was concerned about my family's safety. Coincidentally, the Manager's birthday was the same day, 12-31-2024, as my my daughter. We were in New Orleans to celebrate my daughter's birthday. There was the New Year's Eve celebration on Bourbon Street where the kids were going to visit. Thank God for his shield of protection. I would stay here again in the future.

Everything was nice, but I was misinformed online when making my reservations that there was hot breakfast. The Manager did explain to me that they had a new contractor coming for the breakfast.

Great room, great value, great location. beds were very comfortable and room was nice. we turned the air on before dinner and came back to a puddle in the floor that you could tell happens often because under the floor boards water seaped out all the way to the bathroom, called the front desk she said she could give us some towels if we wanted to soak it up. did that, no problem. no complaints about the property or owners at all breakfast was good. waffles, cereals, muffins

lady that worked nights was rude. we wanted to swim when we got back from dinner and she said she didn't feel like unlocking the pool. went up front to get towels for the air condition leak and she was rude and on her cell phone back in the breakfast area the whole time. but that's not against the property at all.

The beds were very comfortable and I love the towels. It was walking distance to a mini-mart and a couple fast food places. Morning breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, ect...

Water in shower did not get hot (bately warm) even though water in sink got very hot. Sink handle was broken

Location and staff were great. Property is in the process of updating.

1st time teenagers running around parking lot and in breezeways until after 11pm, management went immediately and warned them. 2nd time Other guests were noisy 2 of the 8 nights. Loud music until 1am, called front desk but they did not make it a priority and request the music be turned down. Same night at 3am drunk guest in the parking lot screaming.

Located on a service road so easy access onto the freeway, comfortable room with all the things you needed and easy parking right near your room

Nobody came in to replenish any items in the room during our 3 day stay and the high speed internet was lousy

I have to keep calling housekeeping for my room but other than that I'm okay and the microwave has been having Sparks and like fire but I'm going to the front desk so I'm going to be okay

It's quiet the breakfast will be a little bit better but it's it's okay I'm just used to cooking

That it was close to the dance competition I was going to and how friendly the staff was.

That even though we asked for adjoining rooms or rooms next door to a friend that it wasn't fulfilled.

The staff were nice, didn’t bother me and I didn’t bother them. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was clean & free of clutter or trash.

Wish they would’ve had meat on breakfast bar.

unfortunately there are people who live in the place and play loud music at night and I have a 5 month old baby and this gets in the way. However, every day I called reception and they resolved it.

The property let me check in early and was very friendly! They are very fast and friendly at the same time!

The bathroom is very small! And sadly my mirror in my room didn’t light up I was looking forward to taking mirror pictures!
