The customer service was excellent. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. This includes the front desk, the ladies who dealt with the breakfast area, and the cleaning crew. They went above and beyond to assist with any of our needs. We had a double bed and there was plenty of room to place two mini cribs in it for my twins. We still had plenty of room to move about. The twins also had plenty of room to run around. The breakfast was great and it was a nice variety. The coffee was excellent. The staff was also very knowledgeable about attractions nearby. I have been to a couple of different hotels in the area and this is by far the best one. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

The only thing that bummed me out, was not being able to use the pool. The pool company needs to address the pool for its particular situation and environment. When it rains, the algae immediately spread like wildfire. The pool company needs to do more for it than add chlorine. However, we were allowed to still hang out in the pool area, and I got to sing my heart out. That made up for the disappointment of not being able to swim. Also, the carpets in the rooms could use a good shampooing. I realize they're a high-traffic area, so it may be a bit difficult to do. It wasn't too much of a hindrance, I just had to make sure my twins had shoes on. Again, thank you for your hospitality!!! I will definitely utilize your services again in the future!!!

It was clean. The older gentleman that checked us in was very kind, friendly and helpful. Ms Manny the kitchen lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The cleaning staff entered our room the morning after our late arrival. Even though we had the privacy sign hung on the door knob. Another couple mornings they knocked on the door even though the privacy sign was hung up. They stopped after we brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant.

You could really tell that the front desk staff appreciated their job they were very professional and courteous eager to take care of their clients needs immediately punctuality was everything

I did not like the noise my bed made as I tried to turn over asleep it constantly woke up my son. I didn't like the noisy hallways that some of the guests and staff made with loud talking I think they should add cheese grits to the buffet it could really improve the flavor of the breakfast and try putting out sausage and bacon at the same time.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. Difficult to find cab companies who pick up from there due to its location. Maybe an Information Board with useful telephone numbers, including cabs which do pick up from there, would be a good idea.

The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was delicious. Even a little after breakfast ended the staff still allowed me to get what was left of the breakfast because we had over slept! Overall I recommend this hotel!

All was great except....

All was great except that my card was charged without notification I got there and payed with another card and in the morning I notice that at 10 pm the night before the room was charged. It affected my visit to Lousianna because $$ was charged twice. I read that I would pay once at the propert and I was charged before I got there, I called the hotel and let them know that We would checking in late because we were traveling from NC. I am still waiting to get that money back to my account.

More options for breakfast would have been good, especially with having kids along. The room smelled a little musty maybe when we first arrived but got better after we were there. The pictures make the pool look bigger than it actually is.

Loved the location very peaceful room was beyond wonderful clean and comfortable the staff was nice. Definitely coming back

The breakfast was 2 out of 5 we had 2 outdated yogurts which were the last 2 not a lot to chose from but it was ok

Everything was great 👍 i have no complaints. The walk in shower is just what my aunt needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will be booking again 🤗 I'm referring my family and friends to stay with your hotel

The cleanliness! The front desk was welcoming and helpful. It sits right on a main street to anything you might want or need. Great price!

No elevator and breakfast wasn't much. We went to a gas station for that.
