We were in Marrero for a funeral. Hotel was quiet, nice smell when walking in. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. We were on the first floor close to the lobby and did not have any noise problems. Definitely needs a chair. The staff was very friendly.

The picture on the site showed the double queen rooms had a big chair. The only chair in the room was the desk chair. There was no place to sit. Thankfully, we were not in the room except to sleep.

The beds were comfortable. The bathtub was clean, and the shower was nice with good water pressure. The room had enough charging areas for our phones.

The hotel double-charged us. We used a booking service, but my wife wasn't with us, and I didn't feel like looking for proof that we'd already paid, so I let them charge me again, and we're trying to get a refund.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Linens were clean and new. The end-of-hall room location was quiet. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but quite fresh and adequate. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The room smelled a bit musty, probably due the the air conditioner.

Didn’t see much of the folks in the front desk. The pool was ‘closed for the season’ when the temps were crowding 90. The businesses surrounding the property were disappointing.

I like location of room. It was clean and spacious. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast items were easy to grab and go..

Parking sometimes not wide enough. Better pillows would be great and an extra blanket..just in case.

Please begin serving BACON and SMOKED SAUSAGE!!! Offer Bananas as fruit and some Bueberry muffins also

Great hotel the staff was great hotel was very clean close to every place I needed to travel to. Would stay there again.

The carpet was wet and had a little sour smell . The walls need to be ticker you could hear everything going on in the hallway and other room

The people in the room next to us were awful! So loud, hollering, sounded like they were fighting, drinking, I’m sure. Didn’t shut up until 1:30 am. Horrible night’s sleep. The next morning, 6 or 7 kids were running up and down the hall. The 2nd night was quiet, thank goodness!!

The people that work there are excellent and very helpful. I had to stay due to storm damage at my home. I'm a handicapped veteran in a wheelchair. The one young lady I believe she said Nikki was her name. Very nice helped me with my luggage and get into my vehicle. I was very pleased and satisfied with the room with the handicap amenities. Thanks and I will always be coming back to Comfort inn.
