I was a little skeptical at first, but this was comfy and everything was pretty decent especially for a great price. The commute to Bourbon St. was awesome, close and fast. For the Price it was worth it.

I always have a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are always clean water is always hot and it's always quiet.

The staff is always friendly except one gentleman was very rude when I asked for face towels he told me I could use big towels to wash up with because they were out of small towels. That was the only bad experience I've ever had with this facility and I've been staying at this hotel for the last three to five years every time I visit New Orleans.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Could have used a dresser or something for clothes for more than 1 night. Staff was excellent! Courteous, helpful, and very pleasant. Italso was very conveniently locater re. stores, fast food & a restaurant next dorr.

The exterior was a little run-down and a couple minor things in the room: toilet flusher was broken but functioned.

Convenience of the location and businesses near by. The fact that they have washer and dryer onsite.

The man in the room next door kept trying to open the door that joined the 2 rooms and constantly knocking on the door telling us to be quiet while we were talking. The heater in the room didn't work but a portable was brought to our room within a few minutes

The room was big. The doors locked from outside building and inside building. AC was good. Hot water was good. Close to most things.

Rooms are bare. No breakfast. It wasn't perfect but for the money it was good.

Good air conditioning. Nice clean room and shower was pretty nice. Only thing was the bathroom light was blowed.

Bed sheets had burnt holes like someone went to sleep with a cigarette in the hand.

Quiet, clean motel, cold air, nice staff, on site laundry, pets allowed. Gated and card needed to enter. A basic nice motel, it's over priced for the area I think though

It's over priced for the area and they won't give weekly rates no dressers

The cleanliness of the room and the great hospitality of the staff. Especially housekeeping. They did their best to make sure the room was in perfect shape.

Breakfast was great! the only thing I would recommend is that there is more of a variety to choose from. There weren’t enough drinks to choose from and breakfast items.
